Palms Motel

The room itself was too small & somewhat clean, but why would you put some old stained grey sheets, along with a faded grey bed spread with cigarette burn holes, on top of a lumpy old king size mattress.inside a non smoking room..I felt very uncomfortable...After parking, two blocks away, because of street closures...I tried to make the most of my stay for two days, work out under the circumstances...I tried to relax, but I couldn't get comfortable, on that lumpy old mattress..Then I tried to watch tv & the remote & the tv didn't work...

New renovation. The room has an microwave and a refrigerator.

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The India woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I was signing my paperwork, she literally tossed the pen at me. Even after I mentioned how disrespectful that was, her attitude did not improve. Things only got worse at checkout. We were only about 10 minutes past checkout time because we were loading our bags into the car, and she came outside to tell us to hurry up. There was no courtesy or professionalism whatsoever. The room itself was not much better. The bed had disgusting stains and cigarette burn marks, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. On top of that, the staff tried to claim that I hadn’t paid for my stay. I had to pull up my reservation and payment confirmation on the app to prove that I had already paid. The only positive thing I can say is that the restroom was nice. Unfortunately, one decent bathroom does not make up for rude staff, poor customer service, and an unclean room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice updated and clean room! Parking is limited

The parking was not so great, we only had two pillows. The sheets were really stained but since it was just somewhere to sleep for the night, it was ok
