Just a fantastic hotel. Great value for money. Great breakfast and two course evening meal from extremely high quality for just 15 euro total. Room very clean. Good bed. Great bathroom. Great and very friendly people working here.

The hotel was great. Staff brilliant. To cold during the night. Put the a/c heater on but didn't have much effect. Used extra blanket and it was fine.

The environment is a small village with only few options to eat.

Everything was ok, the check-in was smooth, location is convenient, breakfast delicious, all in all- good value for money.

The staff were really friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a decent choice. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family nearby, but it would also be good for people visiting Monte Cassino as it is only a 10 minute car ride away.

We stayed here as a stop off on the way from Rome to Naples and to visit Monte Cassino. It was in a suburb with some other hotels so not a lot around. We also liked the fact that it had free off-street carparking and a lift. We had a good breakfast and the restaurant right next door (part of the hotel building) was very good. The room had a small table and two padded chairs. We didn't choose this hotel because of its views or flashness but the mini-fridge didn't appear to be working, the aircon didn't go below 26 deg and the curtain had fallen off the track in the middle. Still, it was a very reasonable price.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for someone to come to the reception, despite constantly ringing the bell. The staff did not speak English, which significantly hindered communication. However, the worst part was that the air conditioning in the room did not work, and the temperature reached 31 degrees. Despite reporting the issue, the staff said there was nothing they could do, forcing me to switch to a hotel with working air conditioning. The owner refused to provide a free cancellation. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very friendly staff. Easy to find. Plenty of on site parking for car. Good breakfast Clean room Mini fridge kept the water bottles nice and cold. Asked for a room away from traffic and got that with no fuss. It's obvious but no English TV channels No tea making facilities in room, but you don't get that in most of Europe.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast in the morning, and in a convenient location on our way back to Fiumicino. Really helpful personnel. Nothing at all.
