One of the staff from the help desk was very unfriendly at the phone and personally. He didn't want to understand any of the issues we were trying to explain. His reply always was "I don't understand".... being used as... "I don't care about your issue"

We have been here before! We love it! Good service, friendly and professional. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good! Close Location to Monte Cassino, autostrada and restaurants … Great parking All is well, that is why we came back this year!!!

We stopped here on our way south and it was a very comfortable and clean room, looked recently renovated. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful breakfast room with view of the surrounding landscape. Easy parking and elevator if you have a lot of bags like us. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area!

There was no outdoor area where you could sit, maybe have a drink or just relax in the garden. Of course, that's due to the extreme heat in Italy lately. But still, it was a bit sad.
