You arrived as weary travelers and left with friends and hugs. We loved this place. We stayed here to attend Olympic events in Cortina, which is 20 minutes away. Very comfortable and homey, excellent, really excellent food, convenient location within walking distance of the town square and shopping and restaurants, if you choose to eat out. Breakfast was great, with fresh squeezed orange juice, mixed fruit and vegetable juice, great coffee/espresso drinks. The spa is incredible, beautifully tiled, every detail thought through. Would definitely return here.

Big room, clean, nice view to the mountain, the staff of the breakfast were nice. The reception woman Ivana wasn’t nice at all with me and my friend, we came late to check in cause we could not come earlier and she was mad at us, and told us that it is too late for her, after we went to the room, i went again for her to ask about the parking and I didn’t find her at the desk, after i waited for her and pushed the bell she came to me and said what now! It was so rude and not acceptable at all. By the way, the rest for the staff were so nice!

Very small rooms, badly isolated - you would have the impression that people talking on the hallway are right next to your bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all of them. One felt very welcome and appreciated as a guest. Feeling of safety was good. Reception was always attended and ready to help. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. A case in point is excellent Italian coffee always ready. Not applicable.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful My room smelt of cigarette smoke

Staff is friendly House was under renovation, so scaffolding all around and couldn’t look out of windows. Although it is named ‚Wellness‘ the wellness area at time of visit was closed and overall really really dated as the whole hotel is.
-
Friendly staff, view from the overhead walkway with seating area, self-contained with cooking facilities, free parking, on site, food - breakfast included, walking distance to old town, lifts. Road very busy and potentially dangerous access to carpark. Currently under renovations so no bedroom views for our stay - yet nice view from walkway. Limited dinner menu. Breakfast basic.

Friendly owner, therefore I give 2 out of 10 This hotel is extremely old. The rooms are old and horrible, it seems like no one is taking care. They have a construction site at the hotel (only outside). Therefore the windows are covered. Nothing looks like on the pictures on Booking.com. It was also not clean. Thank god that we just stayed for one night. The price is far too expensive as this hotel can never be a 3 stars hotel. Also breakfast is very minimalistic. Coffee and juices are disgusting.

I really liked the warm welcome at the reception area and all the support I received during my stay. I didn't expect an additional charge for the wellness, it was not clear for me in advance during my booking. Maybe my misunderstanding, but it would be better to clarify in advance.

Travelled with family for an overnite stay after a long drive, had good comfortable stay at Hotel Al Pelmo. The staff were very courteous, check in process was smooth. The breakfast is good, we were even given few croissants to pack with. Overall comfortable stay We eventually found parking, was not a problem

The hotel interior is vintage and cute. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. We came with a (big) dog and it was not a problem, staff actually loved her. They also have wellness that’s pretty big and it’s super nice. The hotels location near by the road.
