The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. They had a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was only a few miles to Dollywood and many other attractions.
-
Location. Staff, appeared to look down at guests, I noticed this with other guests as well.

The bed sloped to the outside on both sides. The shower had very low pressure.I could have got the breakfast in advance for $22/day for two of us. Instead I paid there: $40! It wasn't worth $20. There are so many good breakfast restaurants nearby, I would never eat there either way. Of course the one business computer they had went out of order the 2nd day. The location is fantastic.

We had a great time there the upfront staff was amazing however towards the end of our trip we had paid for breakfast That we didn’t eat while there the entire time. We then asked for a container and was told by Michelle that she couldn’t give us one unless we were sick or disabled. The front desk then asked her to as well and she refused. A container of all things made a great trip go from a 10/10 to a 9 if that was the case we wouldn’t have event gotten the breakfast

Very nice clean hotel walking distance every where
-
Amazing staff and our room was very clean and had a nice balcony over looking the parkway. We will definitely be staying again.
-
Stay was ok. Nice enough place. Barely any hot water or water pressure even though. Also the TV system was very old as well. Probably wouldn't stay again.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful! So convenient to all the attractions! We also loved that you can get an adult libation in their bar after the day out. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone! We certainly will be back to Pigeon Forge!
-
The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The room had a musky smell when we entered. Breakfast was not included and the fee of $15 per person could be matched or lower at other restaurants near by.

Everyone was kind and helpful and seemed to like their jobs. The hotel could use some work and updating though.
