Mountain Breeze Motel

The water was out on our checkout day. No shower or working toilet. It was told this was not the hotels issue but the city. I don’t know, but it was not an enjoyable experience.

It was convenient; the pool was nice and staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The bedding was very threadbare and was full of cigarette burns as well was the curtain.

This place was perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything better. It had everything that you could possibly need or want and the location was excellent. The staff were like family. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. The only complaint that I had was that they don't have any rooms available for my next stay. Apparently there are a lot more people that appreciate this place besides me. I just have to put myself on the waiting list and be hopeful that someone cancels and I am lucky enough to get a call.

Very nice place to stay.

The location is in the middle of everything. The staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and accommodating. This was our 6th straight year staying here, we won’t stay anywhere else. We decided we wanted to stay an extra day and they accommodated us with no problem.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily return in the future. The location is fantastic, with everything within easy reach, and every member of staff I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s also complimentary coffee and homemade biscuits available in reception throughout the day, which was a lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We had an amazing stay, everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The room was kept up really well. And having the bbq next door was fantastic too. 10/10 would recommend

Pool open 24 hours, staff was very nice, you can tell family atmosphere

Staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed meeting them and talking to them during our stay. Our grandson loved the pool and spent a great deal of time every evening just playing in the water. Room was clean and comfortable which was great after spending the day exploring the Smokies. Not much noise from the street at night. Our grandson liked the cookies and popcorn from the office. Would definitely stay here again! Really nothing to dislike
