The guy in the front desk ( BEN) is the worst. He’s very rude when you simply ask a question. Please do better at hiring your staff. Hire people who really like their job.

The staff did not clean my room, I didn't know I had to ask for this service. The room smelled like cigarettes, the hot water took long to heat up, and by that time the tub was filled with water, it was clogged so I had to wait for it to drain before I stepped in to shower. The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. The outside was very dirty, the trashcans were overfilled. It was not a pleasant or relaxing stay.

The hotel itself is old & not well maintained. The rooms are smelly. The carpet & furnitures so old that has stains on it The only thing great is the location. It’s convenient to a strip mall & by the highway We can’t even get towels as it’s limited supply. The free breakfast also runs out of cups for your coffee, so bring your own cup

We'll never stay there again. Used to stay there when I had to go to San Francisco. Never again, no hot water rip sheets on the bed. Nothing about it at all. We're not recommending anybody staying there.

The receptionist behaved terribly—it was an experience I’ll never forget. I do not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family; upon arrival, they tell you they don't have a room available, even if you booked online. They claim it’s not their fault the room was sold to you, and basically tell you to file a complaint if you want to.

I did not have WiFi service during my 2-day stay, so the hotel needs to improve this service.

The Lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional she also gave me the wrong card key! Me and my Aunt stood outside swiping the card key until the older guy opened the door and said can I help you with something I immediately apologize to him and went back in the office and explain to the lady that you gave me the wrong key for the wrong door. She then got loud with me and said that it was the system‘s fault and the lady that worked before her and she turned the computer around to show me that it was an honest mistake however, I don’t feel that way anyway I wouldn’t wanna stay there again

A beautiful property but poorly managed. When we arrived at the hotel late in the evening, the front desk lady was extremely rude which left a bitter taste in our mouth for the rest of the stay. The WiFi wasn’t working there and the continental breakfast was a total disaster - only bagel but no cream cheese, one type of cereal and coffee. The front desk young lady, Dayis Flores, in the morning was very helpful and nice. The hotel should keep more friendly people like her. The rooms were smelly and were not well cleaned upon our arrival. I wouldn’t stay again.
