Clean Nothing

The pool and outside spa were clean and very enjoyable. The room, staff and the lounge were all outstanding. No complaints.

It was very nice and clean. It was also very close to the venue we were attending that weekend.

Very clean Expensive as the rooms are no goof discount on food it was very expensive. I spent $40 on a very small breakfast. I think they should cut the prices in half are just to complementary breakfast. Then keeping the regular prices for the rest of the day wouldn’t be so bad because I then spent $60 on lunch and again on dinner

Nothing When we walked in bugs was flying in the lobby area and you can't smoke in the rooms but you can't smoke at the pool also because of people with kids they don't watch their children

Our vehicle was stolen from the property in the middle of the night, the hotel has no cameras in the parking lot. Be aware before booking your stay here.

This was a good hotel for staying over if you're in the area. Was very clean, room looked new & updated. Plenty of parking & coffee bar was a nice touch. Only draw back was it seemed like the windows were single pain since we could hear the family's at the pool clearly & traffic all night long. Would stay here again if I was in the area though.

Room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best beds I've slept in!

Clean, felt safe in a not so safe town.

Location and cost The breakfast was not what we expected we had a menu that was limited instead of a breakfast buffet w unlimited coffee.

We stayed in the suite for one night and it was a great experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The entire hotel had a clean and secluded atmosphere, which made me feel very safe. Overall, a great choice for a short stay.

I requested service on Saturday, I did not receive it. I requested service Sunday once again I still did not receive it. I then asked the housekeeper on the 3rd floor if my room was going to be serviced and she looked over at another housekeeper and they were speaking not English and definitely not Spanish therefore I had no clue what was being conveyed. The housekeepers looked bothered and I did say it is 3pm but if you do not want to service my room may I have a plastic bag to take out all the dirty diapers and the trash. And that’s exactly what she did. She gave me a plastic bag and I just took the trash out myself and left it in the hallway since they refused to service my room. I also had to request new bedding bcuz they refused to service my room after I told them my grandson had an accident on the bed. They were not accommodating at all. I also let the manager on duty know Monday morning and he just did not care. I spent a significant amount of money to stay here and I would never do it again and I would definitely not recommended it either. Horrible stay

Stayed here to visit friends who lived nearby and was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was well maintained and staff was very helpful. Appreciated the Starbucks in lobby.
