Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Pablo - Richmond Area by IHG

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. However, on the second day the breakfast was not the best. And there was a notification that the water would be shut off between a certain time due to a leak. Since I was going to be off property it was not an issue. When I returned the elevator was closed. I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was not convenient. For this reason, I gave the review of good.

Breakfast disappointing. No waffle or pancakes. First day I got there at 730. 1 sausage link left never replaced whole time I was there. The cinnamon rolls i always love were dry and stale. The remodeled room had terrible seating. Day 2, rolls much better, sausage patties dry and terrible. Stayed there many time before remodel. Very disappointing.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and we would like to stay there again for sure

Very clean property and all modern features and the shower was great there were some renovations underway but that never impacted our stay. Nothing we didn’t like.

The room was clean and comfortable . And the staff were healpful and nice. It just happened that there was hotel construction our whole stay. This affected the breakfast, both what was served and our first day we were given a bag breakfast. We realize this is unusual.it would not stop our staying there on a return trip.

El hotel por su j nos sirve mucho y está esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, solo que esta vez estaban construyendo en el Lobby y en la zona del desayuno, no había desayuno solo para llevarlo a los cuarto y la verdad el desayuno daba mucho que desear, eran puros sandwichitos y yogurt y café,

Room, Although the windows looked out to the garbage cans in the back of Ross store. They were doing construction on the building. The whole building had construction workers working inside and out no breakfast, no nothing. They said they had been working for almost a year, with a jack hammer in the lobby. They should not be renting units when construction is going on all over the building. They had none of the amenities that they advertised.

Location, undergoing upgrades Under construction manager promised to return $50. So far did not receive

Everthing was clean on tha room and tha breakfast good

Rooms have been freshly remodeled. The elevator will be available for use at the end of May 2026. Unfortunately it wasn’t available for our stay necessitating our climb up and down stairs with luggage. Morning breakfast was not hot, cold oatmeal is unappealing.

The hotel was under construction remodeling and the free breakfast was not all available but I understand
