For beach access it’s perfect , although the stairs are risky, sea views nice breeze, staff are friendly Needs updating and general maintenance, some basic things that should be fixed, like the stairway , some parts are potentially very dangerous, like the stone path. Also the rooms are small and no privacy,

Amazing location, incredible view overseeing Praia do Amor (best beach in Pipa!), comfortable bed, great staff! Direct access to the beach. The room was small (we booked the Master Suite for more money) but the only real difference with the standard was a bit more space with some few chairs and a shared balcony. Also, some of the furniture is not well maintained (e.i. Closet and hangers).

Beautiful sea view. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Nice breakfast. Super friendly staff. Staff doesn’t speak English at all. A bit further away from the Main Street.

Amazing view from the pool I found the breakfast time of 8 a.m. a bit late. It would be more convenient if it started earlier, perhaps around 7 a.m.

I liked the bar, the swimming pool, the staff, and breakfast. I did not like the access to the beach. The staircase is difficult to climb up and down. The walk to the center of the town is not nice.

Has a private staircase to the beach. The pool is really nice with the ocean view. Good breakfast, great wifi. Comfortable rooms. Great service. Daily beach towels. Another plus: We payed a late check-out and since the room was not booked for the next day we were able to stay until 22pm when our taxi came to pick us up. No noise isolation. I could hear my neighbors speaking, listening to music, etc.

nice view the place was over priced, the ceramic in the shower was painted Ove and the painting was falling off, the toilet seat was dirty

The pool area and the view are stunning Bedroom is quite small and the bathroom is ridiculously small, very expensive for the room quality.

the proximity to the beach, great staff, delicious breakfast. everything fresh. the size of the bathroom, there wasn’t support for soap in the shower area.
