Great location, clean. Mattresses are old and need to be changed. Need new and more fans.

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the owner’s behavior. On my first night, I discovered that the shower in my room was not working. The next morning, I asked to cancel the remaining two nights of my booking because of this issue, but the owner refused to refund the money, and in general seemed like he's not really concerned about the situation. After some discussion, he agreed to let me use a working shower in another private room. However, in the evening, while I was in the shower, he suddenly started knocking very aggressively on the door and demanded the key that he had given me earlier. The situation felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary. I believe the real measure of a place is how problems are handled when things don’t go smoothly. Unfortunately, this situation was handled poorly, and I left extremely disappointed. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

You have where to put your staff the employees were nice and the location is good, also a cheap hostel with good availability It's too crowded not really clean and the beds aren't comfortable at all and no one speaks English

Positives + Location is close to shops, restaurants, Pipa main beach, and Praia do Amor + The shower had good pressure + Spacious, tranquil balcony with hammock Negatives - The room wasn't ready at the check-in time with no warning, I just received a lukewarm apology and had to wait. - This hostel has serious hygiene issues. I stayed in a private room, and it was poorly cleaned. Dust everywhere, squished mosquitoes across the walls, the pillows were mouldy, the mini fridge in the room looked like out of a horror movie, the pedestal fan had grime and yuck all over, the room wasn't cleaned once during my stay (incl. emptying bathroom bin) - The fan situation is very bad: the built-in fans are incredibly noisy, and I didn't use mine cause sleeping would be impossible. If you’re a light sleeper, think twice. - The first room I stayed in had bed bugs, I asked to be moved into another room which they did, but after that the management treated me like I was the issue ("We never had a case like this before"). The owner ignored me after I reported the issue. New guests were put in the same room on the same day (after I had changed rooms). - The communal kitchen leaves a lot to be desired, most of the equipment is in very poor condition, the fridge is in terrible condition, no complimentary coffee served in the mornings, like in other hostels (that charge less) - There was no good energy. I think the hostel has a lot of potential with the right management, but when I was there, I didn't feel there was a lot of good energy put into the place or guests. There were no organised events to help guests connect.

Ok place. very quiet and not a lot of atmosphere but decent value for money! Nice Staff and relaxing hammocks. Too quiet and not much happening.

Very well located. Clean place with good staff and nice garden The Por do sol room is amazing with space and terrace. (Bed a bit hard, a better mattress would be amazing) Top room in the dorm has a big confortable bed and nice cocooning vibes with nice privacy. 14 beds dorm in a very open space with open balcony and windows without any curtains. Too much lights early in the morning makes it impossible to sleep late. (Even if you party a lot in pipa) 1 Bathroom for 14-16 peoples is complicated. The Top room shares the bathroom with the 14beds dorm.

Good staff! Good vibe! the private room is only to reach through a 14 people dorms room and you also Share the bathroom with the dorm, so Most of the time it was occupated, it’s just not working that way

Great value, exceptional room and staff. The beds could have been more comfortable, but they were OK.

The Argentinan couple who run the place are really hospitable and look after the place as if it were their own.
