Resort Sombra e Água Fresca

I didn't know Praia da Pipa and the hotel is located near to everything, what is amazing, but at the same time, quite to have some rest. If you stay at one of their hotels, you can use all the facilities they have what makes your stay even better - the pool at the hotel is gorgeous, a beautiful view and with heated water, extremely pleasant in the afternoon, even in high summer, as the winds are strong. The staff was amazing, cleaning excellent, wonderful breakfast, I loved and recommend to everyone! I liked everything.

The resort facilities are great and the staff was very friendly! The heated pool is great and open 24 hours. The breakfast didn't have eggs and the tapioca and omelette where charge separate hence the breakfast was not all included. The TV with Sky was terrible and only had 3 or 4 channels. Very poor for a 5 star resort.

Sombra e Agua Fresca is a gem in Pipa! It features 3 pools, one at the top of hill where the hotel is located with stunning view of Pipa and the ocean. Another one set in a tropical garden. All three pools have pool bars attached to them. The landscaping and the care to the landscaping is truly exceptional, such a large variety of plants and trees... The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We loved a celebrating our son's 10th birthday here. The resort is a 5' walk to praia do amor, but the "in town" location is very convenient. The area is safe and very family friendly. We had to leave after 2 weeks!!!

We had several problems while there. 1) Room was not the one shown on booking.com. 2) We had a security problem where someone entered our house and left a door locked from inside. 3) Room service brought raw chicken breast to our kids. 4) My wife found a cockroach in the room. The hotel never called us back to discuss any of this issues. Not what we expected when paying over $300 a day.

Gorgeous pools and villas friendly staff Construction every morning next to my villa I requested 4 mornings for them to stop every moening I woke at 730/8 am to banging even if it stopped at 815 still ruined my rest The room ceiling leaked water during the rain ( nightly) staining bedding and hitting me and my other guests in their villas on their faces (torturous ) The road between the villas ans the reception flooded like the Nile River and last day had a sewage back up smell I complained daily about the construction ( they kept telling me they asked them to stop) but happened every morning I am a doctor in usa and needed sleep!!!!! Your website should say there is construction ! I would not have gone This was my 60 th birthday and took 11 people with me ans paid all villas for 7 of them… I spoke to manager he gave me a late check out I wouls have preferred a diff room or money back

it’s just like a paradise. the room F is perfect, the pools are amazing all the employees are happy and great. the resort is nice and clean. how big it is, the view is amazing and also everything is nice and clean
