Staff was amazing . Place is magical . Would 10/10 recommend !

It’s very evocative and beautiful. Very dark. Our room was so dark and the lighting so poor, we couldn’t see to find things. The bed is on a wood platform and is a brick. The bathroom is technically outside which sounds nice but actually means it’s very hot, humid and full of mosquitos etc. There is really only one pool area and - fun for young partyers - but playing loud EDM music. There was no way to find a peaceful spot. Be warned that there are many many steep stairs and hilly slopes to navigate anywhere on the property. And, to get to the beach, you will need to climb down and up extremely steep steps… and quite a lot of them. Good workout but not easily accessible. Finally, the resort closed the MAIN section of the property but did not give us any notice in advance that we would not be able to have access to that restaurant etc which have the ocean view) during our stay.

Stunning property with pools and cabins embedded in lush green tropical plants. Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet location with gym and spa. Breakfast and restaurant in general are incredible. Staff is exceptional, would rate it more than 10 if possible. That we only stayed one week.

Its perfect for couple to stay there. The spa/massage was very good. It is a relaxing atmosphere Aircondition was making so much niose, it was difficult sleeping. We complain about it, and it became a little bit better, but we think it needs to be change

Breakfast was nice. The staff was very rude at the reception. They said we received an upgrade for two rooms but it felt more like a downgrade. The restaurant is absolutely useless. We waited over 3 hours for our dinner, got told by the restaurant staff that we wouldn’t have to pay for the meal due to the delay but got charged anyway at the check out by an unreasonable receptionist which was extremely rude and should not have a job in contact with direct contact with clients. Do not use the transport service recommended by the hotel. The driver is very irresponsible and we had multiple near miss during the drive as he was very busy speaking on his phone. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not worth the money.

Everything! The place is amazing, what makes them outstand it is their attention to details. We loved the relaxing vibe with loads of trees, the wet bar and warm swimming pool were a high point of the stay. Breakfast has a huge variety of food, all delicious, one of the best we’ve been. We used the spa and would recommend it in a blink of an eye. They also allow you to visit the resort and hotel of the same chain of hotels, we’ve enjoyed the sunset in the hotel sombra e Agua fresca, it had a beautiful view of the beach, a great atmosphere, nice staff, a guy playing saxophone and a warm swimming pool, what else could we want, right?! There are mosquitos, quite a lot. I guess that is the Price to be close to nature. However, the hotel has mosquito repeal lotion available in the rooms.

Amazing location, staff was excellent and super helpful. They even upgraded us to a larger room to better accommodate us. We couldn't thank them more we will definitely come back again.

Wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly and careful, provided the best stay possible. We loved the pools and the nature surrounding us… we wish we could stay more. Will definitely come back again. Nothing at all. Everything was excellent.

A beautiful and exotic spot with a relaxing atmosphere, offering a touch of rainforest charm. It’s a great place to visit and unwind.

Wonderful pools And almost private

Big room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. WiFi could have been better.

Top notch place, great staff, very good good and drinks, room very clean, our stay was perfect, 100% recommend nothing to add.

Beautiful grounds and spacious room, friendly staff and great massages at the spa. Great breakfast too! Being able to use the other properties amenities was a plus. The jacuzzi tub (part of our massage package) could have been warmer. The signage for our room was hard to see.
