pool was dirty, bed wasn't comfortable, there were open windows that you can't close and you hear everyone around you, and bugs come in. the AC wasn't working properly

The accommodation is very pleasant and calm. The private swimming pool and the breakfast delivered directly at your apartment is very appreciated, especially because of the current sanitary situation. Fruits are very tasty! However, the installation is getting visibly old and the bathrooms would really need to be renewed one of them it was even clogged the whole time. If the price was not so high, there would be nothing to complain about, but it is unacceptable when this amount of money is required. On the second day we spent there, breakfast was delivered late because we complained and reception realized they had simply forgotten us. We didn't receive any apologies for that.

Excelent location, close to the center of Pipa. Greate breakfast, personalized and scheduled. Each house has a private pool, great for your privacy.

The location was great. It is located in a quiet street but with walking distance to the main street of Pipa. The privacy of the rooms is great. We have our own swim pool and barbecue. The beds are very comfortable. The quality of the kitchen appliances. The oven and refrigerator were too old. So, if you are thinking about cooking there, maybe it is not the best place for it.
