The outdoors/communal space was spotless. Beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was absolutely incredible. The variety of food was great and it was very fresh. The staff at the reception during our check-in was an absolute gentleman. America is a great masseuse! The loud music during most of the day is not something I’m fond of, especially if I’m travelling thinking of resting. The wifi was very weak and I would have to move to different areas of the bungalow for me to get connection. Water pressure wasn’t so great. One of the aircons was leaking the entire night and soaked our clothes and shelving.

The hotel is close to the to tourist attraction, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable and staff were friendly. Easy parking behind the hotel.

- TERRIBLE customer service from manager. She completely lacked communication skills. In a place like Pipa, no hotel should have a manager who doesn't speak English. Assim que chegamos ja houve complicacoes. A gerente eh despreparada pro cargo, e nao fala Ingles suficiente para se comunicar com clareza e deu a entender que ela faltou com educacao ao se comunicar com a gente.

No soap in the shower. The toilet seat was not safe, did move when sitting on it. Not all the light balls working. The safe in the room didn’t work. 4 star hotel?

We stayed in front of the beautiful pool, the bungalow was nice and updated, the shower was amazing, the air conditioning worked great, breakfast was absolutely delicious. I wish there was a gym

Great staff! That’s the first comment. They go above and beyond beyond trying to make your stay the best experience. Breakfast is also very good. Pool: there is no shade at all. The only shades are from the umbrellas and chairs but only a very few available. In a hot day it’s almost impossible to stay under the umbrella, so you need to be in the pool, but will toast without shades. The beds are not comfortable at all. It’s unfortunate. The bangalô doesn’t have central AC, so the apartment is hot. Only the rooms have AC.

Attentiveness of the staff, all very kind & Location & Installation 1)Breakfast was the only item bellow expectation. Although with a good variety of itens, the bread part was the downside. Poor selection and quality 2) Rain is frequent, should have umbrellas available for guests 3)I may understand but did not like that despite telling reception that nothing was used from the minibar, they could only check us out after someone did the double check. The risk (all low cost items) versus potential unsatisfaction from the guest, does not compensate in economical terms

Hotel it's in a gratis location close to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Pool bar drinks and service were great!

basic room with good air con. Bed was ok too. great pool area and the wet bar was good and served great cocktails. all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. amazing location right at the centre of Pipa I thought a junior suite would be a little more luxurious based on the photos from the website. The iguana soiled themselves in the pool one of the days we stayed. not exactly in the control of the hotel but still somewhat off putting. We didn’t have a hammock in our terrace.

location is great! the bartender at the pool was lovely and the drinks were great! everything was a bit old, there was mold in the room.
