It's way better than what I was expecting according to the rating. My room was very clean, the location is perfect, the breakfast has everything you need. Eventually they can start changing the mattress for new ones.

good location, relatively cheap price. nice view no hot water in the shower (even after noticing the crew’s attention), uncomfortable bed and sheets, a problem in the toilet (water hardly come down) and bugs in the room

Very nice staff. Breakfast at 9 am is almost finished, even thay said that is until 9.30. We find plate empty and nobody refill.

Excellent location. Room clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Air conditioning great. Bathroom nice. Shower with hot water. Breakfast adequate. Decent value for money. Male staff member at reception in the evening was rude, arrogant and argumentative.

We loved our stay at the HOSTEL Pipa. The food was tasty (and made-to-order tapicocas!...yum), rooms were great and atmosphere was amazing with the people we met. Location was also good, a little further from the beach than other places but still only like 5 minutes walk (Jeri is pretty small!) I was frustrated about two things: - They kept turning our ac off at the fuse. During our stay we had to ask at least 4 times to turn it on, and we were told off for turning the fuse on ourselves - We booked a tour through them, the East Tour, and when we got to our tour destination, we were told we were just sitting at a beach club for 5 hours (which is something we REALLY do not like to do, I may as well go to Jeri beach!). Turns out the staff sold us the wrong tour, and we were not compensated at all, or even apologized to. As a hostel they were great, but best to book tours through a proper agency so you get what you pay for.

The drainage in the bathroom was less than ideal, so there was water everywhere after a couple of showers.

Excellent location and staff. The room was confortable and clean, the value for money is excepcional as well. People are kind and can tell you about places to visit and to check the city as well as the beaches. Maybe room cleaning everyday or every a couple of days. Since is a short stay inn at the beach, the room gets a lot of sand and stuff, so cleaning every now and then would be better, but just a suggestion.
