Lovely rooms, unique style, comfortable beds, very friendly staff and fabulous location. It was a little bit noisy but only to be expected in the central square (and the provision of earplugs was a nice touch).
-
Amazing location and very comfortable beds. Bathroom was large but shower was basic and a bit moldy in places-not in keeping with the rest of the hotel.
-
Wonderful location and great breakfast included.the staff was super nice and helpful. It was all great
-
Lovely view, large bed, friendly staff, clean, close to the sea, nice breakfast.
-
Location was great. Nice size room. Clean They had a problem with our air conditioner that made a loud noise every two minutes. The hotel was full and they didn’t have anywhere for us to go. No compensation either.
-
Beautiful balcony view and location on the old square Ants in the room

It’s a great location, and a pretty hotel. Breakfast is very good. Our A/C didn’t work and it was very warm. Our room also had a smell that was not good.
-
Rooms were fresh and clean. Breakfast offering was very good with lots of choices. My favorite was the pistachio croissant. Internet/wifi seemed really spotty. It kept disconnecting.
-
There was a noise in the room at night, periodically. Some piping, not sure. Also the parking is a bit tricky in Piran, but has nothing to do with the hotel.
-
Beautiful hotel in the heart of the square and the bed was very comfortable (firm). Breakfast was included and it was outstanding.

Room was extremely comfortable! Front desk staff is so helpful and kind. Amazing central location in the square. Would definitely recommend and return

We had a fantastic stay in Piran. The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, overlooking the main square, with an amazing view that made our stay even more special. The location couldn’t be better—it is truly at the very center of everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with a great selection of quality products. We also appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was. Although the fee for dogs is relatively high, it comes with thoughtful amenities such as a dog bed, food and water bowls, and treats, which made our dog feel welcome and showed genuine attention to detail. We would happily stay here again.

Nothing

Shampoo and conditioner would be nice in showers however I don’t think that’s typical in this country
-
Very plain hotel. No kettle for tea or coffee. Very basic but clean. The fridge didn’t work.

Great Location.
-
The convenience & location made exploring Piran easy. The small ocean view.
-
The hotel is ideally located on the main square where the bus from the parking garage arrives. We had a partial view of the port from our room. The artistic decorations were fun (and to our taste) - most things are in tones of gray or white. Good-sized room (double room with balcony and sea view).

The staff were incredible and really made us feel welcome. Gaia was full of great recommendations and even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday which I hadn’t even mentioned when booking! It was a good location and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a room that looked into the square. Breakfast was also tasty. Unfortunately they seemed to be having an issue with some stinky drains on the ground floor reception area, but this didn’t affect our room at all, so we only noticed coming in and going out. Not a dealbreaker! The hotel is an older building, so bound to have issues, but didn’t feel ‘tired’.

The room is a bit old compared to the whole hotel design, no view at all.
