A real jewel. Stylish, comfortable, modern design, lovely staff and perfect location. No downside to choosing this wonderful 10-bedroom place, except you will wish you were staying longer.

This hotel is really in a good location. Very comfortable. Staffs were very kind and helpful. I particularly liked the rooftop with the view of the city.

Perfect location close to the Square. Property is unique in style. Staff super friendly. Breakfast is from the local bakery and serves croissants right out of the oven! Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the rooftop patio. Highly recommend staying here!! Great communication, detailed instructions and so helpful in finding parking. Lack of parking, but this is a Piran thing not a hotel thing! Basically anywhere you stay in Piran, you will have to park in a parking deck and possibly take a shuttle to the hotel. But Piran is beautiful and worth the effort!

This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were so accommodating, supportive and helpful. The rooms were really lovely and breakfast which was included in as also really great! Great location as well. The only thing to know is that the hotel is not easy to get to if you’re driving into Piran. Plan to drop your stuff in the square, leaving one person of your party there while the other goes to park. Parking is 20 euros per day at a lot which is a 10 minute walk uphill from the property. That’s the price you have to pay to really stay in a wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Piran.

Modern boutique hotel in the heart of Piran

Perfectly located half a block from Tartini Square. Thoughtful renovation and super friendly staff. Our room had a patio and there were two more terraces. One was quiet and the other provided a beautiful view of the town. Breakfast was a few steps away at a bakery owned by the same family. Piran is a no drive zone and parking can be tricky as the garages can fill up. It is also expensive, 32 Euro per night.

Absolutely everything! The staff were very helpful and friendly, room was comfortable and in a great location. It was very quiet even being so close to the square. Amenities were excellent.

Breakfast is in an affiliated restaurant behind the city hall, with and abundant buffet (e.g., yogurt, fruit, juice, caprese and similar salads, cake, croissants, and a small menu to order hot items from (eggs, pancakes, etc.) Reception closes at 8, but the manager knew we were coming on the 8 o'clock boat, so waited for us. The daytime employee was also very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent, highly recommended. The hotel is very modern and we were assigned a reasonably sized room given the location in the historic centre of town. The whole of the centre has very limited car access which adds to the relaxing charm. We parked the car outside the centre and took the shuttle (1 Euro) to the main square. The hotel is located in a narrow street, no more than a 100m from the main square. It is a little up hill so be aware if you have heavy luggage but once you are in the hotel there is a lift. The room and bathroom were clean and despite the vibrant town centre was very quiet. Our reservation included breakfast but was offsite at a local bakery about 5 mins walk way across the square. The breakfast was very good, mostly a buffet although you can order eggs a la carte. The staff were very approachable and helpful in suggesting good nearby restaurants. We had no issues or concerns during our stay.

I loved this place! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and excellent location. I loved the coffee and pastry bar that was always open. It is a fun walk down to the hotel, but absolutely worth it for the location.

A beautiful apartment right in the heart of Piran. The breakfast was wonderful, and the pistachio and chocolate croissants were the best we’ve ever had! I’ll be dreaming about those delicious croissants for a long time. Our room was at the very top and had amazing views of the city hall, the church, and the charming rooftops of Piran. We would absolutely stay here again. The parking just outside the town center was very convenient, and it’s only a short walk into town — or you can take the shuttle bus for just one euro. None!

Super nice, great location, very friendly staff. Terrific terrace to the top where we had a tea after dinner - really nice that there is fruit, water, tea in the cozy lobby area at all times. Also very much appreciated being able to leave our luggage until the afternoon. The curtains let in quite a bit of light to the room in the morning, and it is important to know that the church bells are going to start ringing at 7. We were able to go back to sleep with ear plugs, just would have been good to know in advance

The hotel was wonderful and newly renovated with high quality materials and excellent decor. The free breakfast was located across the town square and that too was wonderful, fresh ingredients and healthy. The hotel also always had coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby for free. Water was in the room upon your arrival. The staff was so helpful and professional. The location was perfect. The bathroom was great with a heated floor and lots of room. Bright well lit room. Large flat screen TV. Terrific value There was nothing we didn't like. The room and hotel were one of the best we stayed in during our two month European trip.
