Excellent location just steps from the main square. Coat was very reasonable and a nice breakfast was included in the room cost. Room was modern and clean.

Location in a very quiet alley, but not far from the centre. Janek, the host is very friendly, kind and polite. The breakfast was just what you need to start a nice day. Room is very clean , bed comfortable. Perfect for a couple days retreat. . Did not spend more time... Will be back

The location was so good. No parking facilities

It's a very small hotel, so there is no lobby. Other than the dining area, there was no common space. The bathroom had inadequate towel rack space for two. A heated rack would have been welcome. The lighting was inadequate for reading in the evening. While it was situated away from the bustle, trekking up and down the hill to get to restaurants and buses became burdensome for one in our party who walked with canes. Max Piran is for the physically- abled.

The location was up a steep street which was not clear from the booking site. Also we were not aware that there were many stairs involved. We had to choose another hotel and the owners did not think our problems were sufficient for any refund so we lost all of the money on the stay

P.s. We also liked the shower a lot ?

The Coffee in the morning served with breakfast was wonderful. When you stay at a boutique hotel, you expect solid service and courteous staff. Sadly we had a horrible experience. We were bombed with messages regarding our arrival time, which we honestly weren’t sure of since we were traveling from another city. I did provide a 1.5 hour window that was during established/normal check in times, and when we arrived our host was nowhere to be found despite messaging him multiple times as agreed. We certainly didn’t appreciate standing in front of the facility waiting for 2 hours during normal checkin times after having contacted the host repeatedly as instructed. Information regarding were to swim etc was no help either..small things like this is what differentiates a boutique hotel from a larger one, and this person was little help leading to the question why bother staying there?

Very clean room, quiet and very well organized. Excellent breakfast, very diverse and good (not a buffet a buffet but served on at the table). Almost everything was perfect. Perhaps the only thing that one should clearly mention is that there is no soap or shampoo for the shower.

Excellent views from top room Shower was cramped and difficult

Comfy bed. Good shower. Aircon and WiFi work. Decent breakfast. Quiet (when there's not a concert on in the neighbouring church grounds). Dark in the room at night. Parking is a nightmare. Left locked outside when arriving at the pre-arranged time. A lot of steep and narrow stairs to reach the room on the top floor. Both the hotel and the town facilities are overpriced.

The hotel is hidden but close to the town center. We were able to easily use the bus to and from the car park as well as enjoying the town and water front within a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits, breads, meats and cheeses. The check in process instructions were hard to understand and not overly friendly. One couple had paperwork that indicated they could pay with a credit card and made to go obtain cash. Luckily we had booked with our Booking.com, but did have to pay extra taxes. The person checking us in was short with us for not contacting him prior to arriving but being non natives didn’t understand the car park or know exactly how long it would take to find the hotel

Close to the beach and city center. Breakfast system. Guests have to say what time they could eat breakfast and host will prepare for that time. Breakfast is based on cold and ready made food items. Meaning that there is no hot food. Bedroom sheets were worn off already (photo attached)

This was such a dreamy place to stay! I got to stay in a room with my own name on the door... when does that ever happen!? Beautiful room, spotlessly clean and ran by the very helpful Janez! You can't beat the amazing location, right near the Bell tower, so chuffed to have had this as a bedroom view! Janez was ever so kind, he printed off my bus ticket and provided a lovely breakfast . Also my bus wasn't until 6pm and whilst checkout was early, Janez let me store my backpack on the house. Just perfect! There is not one single thing I can mention here. How can you improve upon perfection?
