Well run and maintained BnB by two owners that really care about their property and their clients.

Everything was amazing. Andrew contacted us a day before our trip with all the necessary information and stayed in touch with us during the trip, answering whatever question came up. We were then greeted with an exceptionally warm and informative welcome, which included a long list of recommended restaurants. Our room was beautiful, very spacious and overlooked the street whilst still being extremely private, cozy and silent during the night. We slept amazingly well and were then greeted with an outstanding breakfast (my partner is still raving about the scrambled eggs). Even after checkout, we could leave our bags in a secure space which allowed us to still explore Pisa a bit before it was time to head back to the train station. Walking to and from the station was a breeze, and the very convenient location allowed us to explore all of Pisa by foot. We absolutely recommend to stay here and we are 100% coming back.

Location, facilities and excellent communication

Location was perfect right in the heart of the city but just on a backstreet. The room was first class, spacious and with a little seating area where you can enjoy tea/ coffee. Breakfast was superb, well laid out, yoghurt, fruit, cereal and lots of extras. A cooked breakfast was also available which was a real bonus. Liked everything, a breakfast was supplied when we had to leave for the airport at six o clock in the morning.

The owners were so helpful with everything - from recommendations around town, to breakfast, and assisting us with leaving town, we were very appreciative of the hospitality. We loved our stay and the bed and breakfast was an easy walk to everything we wanted to explore! If the owners hosted a BYOB happy hour for guests, we would totally go just to engage in more great conversation!

The staff was amazing. Andrew and Andy both made us feel welcome like family and gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and drink. The room was in a great location, the atmosphere exactly what I was looking for.  Love the painted ceilings and just the old Italian charm that the room gave

Friday night was quite noisy all night from college students having too much fun... We didn't notice earplugs until morning (we checked in late)

Amazing location and the breakfast was wonderful. We were lucky enough to have a room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the street below. It was our first night after a long day of travel and the perfect place to have some wine and recover from jet lag. Andy and Andrew were amazing hosts and if we ever come back to Pisa we would definitely stay with them again. Nothing!

The property is located near to all of Pisa’s places of interest, in a quiet city area and convenient to the Airport and the Railway Station. Breakfast was exceptional. The decor is above the norm. Nothing.

Warm Friendly Welcome

Location was great and the staff were fantastic! Andy, Andrew and Julia were just awesome and so accommodating and helpful!

The BnB has great character. It is in historic house (16th century) with frescoed ceilings, yet updated with new bathrooms and an elevator for my husband who has trouble with stairs. The breakfasts were delicious and in a sweet, quiet room. Everything was immaculate and very comfortable.
