If you want to feel home, calm cozy and very warm. this place is the best choice for you. The owner was amazing very helpful and even gives me some advice where to go. I real felt setting in my home.

We had a wonderful stay in Pisa! The location was perfect,close to everything, yet tucked away in a charming little alley that made it feel authentic and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, which was much appreciated after long days of exploring. We especially loved the rustic décor, which added so much character and charm. It really made us feel like we were experiencing the true atmosphere of Italy. A special thank you to the owner, who kindly allowed us to leave our backpacks after checkout. This helped us tremendously and made our last day in Italy much more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again! None

The location is great. Right in the city center close to shops, restaurants and walking distance from the tower. In a quiet alley across a wine shop. Easy to find and half an hour walk from the Pisa airport. The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and welcoming and we appreciated the after-check-in time we arrived. This accommodation should change its name. There is no breakfast included. Very misleading and not fair to guests who read the Booking.com description. The showerhead was broken and the bathroom can use some maintenance altogether. After we left, a lady shouted out the window if we left the tourist tax. Very rude and not friendly at all. She did not even ask us about our stay. Altogether, this is very poor value. Yes, the location is great, but if one charges rates for a room like this, some more effort should be done to increase the quality and comfort.

This place has a great potential, bset location, just in the middle between the train station and the tower. Near but not on the main street. Close to stores, restaurants etc. Nice and specious room. A lot of potential. It looks like the staff is doing a favor and you are interrupting her. She is impatient and impolite. The chimney of a restaurant was making a lot of noise, like a small jet fighter. I told her, she knew about it and said there is nothing to do with it. If you knew about it, why you gave me this room? Make it a storage. When the restaurant closed in the middle of the night, I discovered a new noise, the heater which boils the water, another small jet fighter. I slept terribly this night. Luckily I was there only one night.

It has a wonderful location, and you feel like a local, living in a very historical building. I was fine with this, but the many stairs (without an elevator) could be a problem for some people.

The location. Right in the heart of everything. The air conditioner switched from air into fan mode in the middle of the night making a loud rattling noise. I hardly got any sleep. I think it’s programmed that way. Plus, no elevator and many flights of stairs. Make sure you don’t mind carrying your own luggage up. No breakfast even though that didn’t bother me since there is a great cafe next door that makes great cappuccino and a Carrefour supermarket 50 meters away.

The smell of smoke, impossible to get rid of, even if it was cleaned... such a shame from the previous guest

The property was in a great location for sight seeing and restaurants. Not too far from the airport or train station. Everything was great.

The location is good. The staff is OK. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is very noisy. Difficult to sleep. And there were lots of mosquitos in the room and no anti mosquitos devices. I was terribly bitten.

There is Mussolini memorabilia.

Decent location in terms of distance to train station and main attractions like the tower Down a side ally near some very noisy bars / restaurants. No sound insulation - can hear everything happening outside. Impossible to sleep before midnight Also there were very loud people both inside the building and on the guesthouse - no respect for other people staying there and I was woken several times at all hours of the night by loud talking and laughing. Advertised as B&B - there was nothing about breakfast for access to a kitchenette communicated. Poor communication from the host - I messages twice to ask about possibility of a later check out 2 days beforehand and never got a response. Would not recommend anyone to stay here who values sleep / rest / quiet

Nothing about the place. Had to book elsewhere at short notice, no one to check me in when I arrived. Phoned the property and was told to go away. Worst service I've ever experienced when travelling. Still trying to get in contact with the property but ignoring messages and emails.

The owner was very accommodating with my arrival time which was after 10pm and then later due to a delayed flight. The room was neat and tidy but a bit over priced for what it was. But I needed a room for overnight stay, close to airport. If staying in Pisa then a good location to explore the city. Bed was not very comfy.

It was well situated and an unusual and interesting place. We sadly didn't kettle in the room which would ha e been useful.

Brilliant location only 8 min walk to the tower, friendly staff, comfy bed You have to pay by cash only at property, door was hard to find I had to ask someone for help

Location oké. Unfortunately, I was offered room on the same floor, as the host thought it better for us to stay close. I ended up with a room with a stretcher bed only to find this out when we arrived back late in the evening. Horrible night with hardly any sleep. Bathroom facilities in the other room were below par.

Amazing pure Italian experience, the old man who rented us the room was so nice, I am very thankful for his good hospitality and warm welcoming. You have to turn on the heater to get warm water, so make sure to turn it on before sleep, if you ve to take shower early morning before you leave
