I thought it was a great value - comfortable, clean, good location, and friendly service that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. It was all very well done.

It's a beautiful property and the staff and breakfast were amazing. Nothing to complain about but the WiFi was unstable in the room.

The breakfast was good, great coffee. A beautiful B&B, all in one a great accommodation experience. The triple room is a bit small and considering the price per night wasn't very low, I had higher expectations, but I probably should have checked the surface :)

The breakfast spread was just lovely and full of tasty choices. Will definitely recommend to anyone else in my family and friend circle. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely stay. Did not receive code to enter property. Thankfully, my cousin was able to get it via a phone call.

The location, the room and the facilities were wonderful and more than what we expected. The staff were very friendly and always available to help. There was a very good choice for breakfast which we enjoyed very much. If I had to be very picky, as a lover of bread, it would have been good to some plain Pane di Terni which is found abundantly in Pisa.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options and friendly staff to help you feel comfortable. Location was perfect with short walk to many of the attractions and restaurants. Only issue was regarding transportation to the airport on our departure morning. Requested that a taxi be arranged for us at 830am and Monica confirmed there would be. However after waiting for 10-15 min there was no taxi. Messaged Monica through WhatsApp but no response. Had trouble calling the taxi service ourselves since the app was not working properly. Ended up walking to the airport so we would not miss our flight.

Great accommodation, very clean rooms, sumptuous breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of dietary choices. Very friendly, helpful staff. Tastefully decorated. As it is a small facility and the rooms are very close to each other, it can be a bit noisy if someone is in the main living room talking/conversations or the staff is setting up for breakfast.

The most beautiful property in an almost hidden but excellent location. The ambience was like staying in a Vogue Magazine. The proprietors were friendly, helpful and extremely generous. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We loved it Nothing

A hidden gem of a property, peaceful, beautifully decorated. The staff were fabulous. So friendly, super helpful. The breakfast was brilliant - an incredible spread and choice! Two small complaints, our room smelled of cigarettes when we entered at 11pm. It would have been helpful to have two chairs in the main bedroom as there were two of us.

Very well located, in a small street giving to the main street. Calm and peaceful environment, the small outdoor space is lovely, not a noise from neighbors or the city. Beautiful spaces, very well designed and decorated, makes you feel like grabbing a book (out of the 1000s they have!) and read. Welcoming, professional and very kind staff. Great breakfast with plenty of options. We were traveling with a 1 year old who felt at home (a bit too much) right away, our room on the ground floor was perfect. The staff was always vert accommodating so we could keeps things in the fridge etc. Such a small detail: blackout curtains in the room giving on the common room.
