Hotel Verdi Pisa

Was not a three star hotel. Felt like dorm rooms and the staff not too helpful with guidance on getting transportation to the train or airport as we had sporting equipment.

Very good Location in the middle of downtown and touristic area There was no parking at the property. I was directed to park outside, about a 10-minute walk away, and paid $12 at reception for a city permit allowing parking only in street blue-line spaces. The shower was clogged. The front desk staff came to the room at 1:30 am to pour Drano and advised me to clean the shower the next day before showering. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so I texted them again the next morning at 8:00 am A technician then came to unclog the drain. We couldn't shower the first night, and the following morning, we showered late, which made us late for breakfast and our scheduled check-out. In the end, it was not the right place for sleeping or showering, which are the main comforts you seek when on vacation. On the bright side, the front desk staff were very friendly.

Very down to earth, exceptionally clean. It is an old building, so you can hear what is going on in the corridor but that was expected. The room offers a bed, a table and power outlets next to the bed.

The staff was great, loved everyone there. The room was comfortable but don't look for the comforts of A/C or a larger shower, and plumbing can use a little maintenance. It was all good, always hot water for the shower, plenty of shower pressure, but the staff was best the best part of the stay. Hotel Verdi is a quaint but clean hotel with beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and a 24 hr bar and restaurant right in the middle of old town Pisa. I just loved it, would definitely stay here again and recommend. The hotel was exceptional, there was nothing to complain about.

It was clean and central Very small bathroom. Ceiling cracked. Twin beds small in size and when we asked to change the room to a double bed room the receptionist on duty was not helpful at all. He said it’s your fault you booked twin and we are fully booked and cannot change the room. I highly doubt the hotel was full

Great stay, clean and comfortable room.

Location was good. 12 to 15mins from leaning tower The room was dated and bathroom smells old and musty. Plasters falling from the roof. The room AC was set at 27C which is not comfortable in an old building and the bad part is you cannot control the temperature. I have stayed at many different types of hotel but this is first time where I saw temp was fixed at 27C in the room.

I booked a room for 2 -single beds. no refund was not obvious. I arrived with my friend at 1.30am - the man on night shift was aggressive. My 54yr old friend had to sleep in her car Reception

Nice place with 24 hour receptionist

Good, clean and comfortable stay, decor a little worn in places but we would not hesitate to stay again. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us for our trip to airport. The cafe was really nice too.

Pleasant location of the hotel in a quiet piazza within comfortable walking distance of all the principal sights of interest. Friendly, hardworking staff who efficiently juggled managing both the 24 hour reception desk and a decent mini cafe/bar. Relatively spacious bedroom. The mattress was too hard, for me, personally.

The bed was so small
