It's an experience to be welcomed within this community of nuns. The building, inner garden, and central location are all pleasant. Our room was air conditioned and shower pressure was good. Shared fridges available on each floor. And free parking was actually provided. The comfort is spartan, especially when in comes to the beds and mattresses.

It's a very peaceful place with a big garden, in the very centre of Pisa. You can truly rest here and forget the crowded streets. We appreciate the safe parking nearby, although it was a bit difficult to get there with a bigger car. The nuns are very kind and helpful. The place is a bit hidden in the net of narrow pathways in the city centre, we struggled a bit to find the entrance. The air conditioning is operated somehow centrally and we couldn't operate it as needed. It was a bit noisy when it kicked off at night. With the green garden naturally come the mosquitos.

Loved it . Getting to share the Nuns home is a wonderful experience. It’s so pretty . Great location . Own bathroom which is rare in Pisa. Beds were comfy . Breakfast was basic, took our own fruit in & oats to bulk it up . TBF we were up & out early getting trains . So missed a few mornings . But got to chat to some lovely guests at breakfast

The location was fantastic, the accommodation was great when we eventually got it. At no time during the booking process were we informed it was a convent. The check in was absolutely terrible. We booked a room with two beds, we arrived to find 1 single bed. Communication was terrible, management shocking, after leaving twice because of the situation, we were chased and asked to come back. After 2 hrs trying to sort out the accommodation, we were given a room that we had requested and eventually all was good.

It was not easy to find and even harder to get a car to. Unless you are driving something very small, don't even try it! They are difficult to communicate with. I had an issue on my journey that caused me to get there after the 11pm check in. I let them know this around 9:30pm. I never heard back from them. I waited around 20 minutes outside their door before I could get someone to let me in.

This is a very special place. The Nuns are wonderful . We did 5 nights here . Breakfast is basic . But didn’t bother us . Wish I’d taken a travel kettle for room . ( next time I’m here I will). A joy to listen to them chatting/ in prayer or in song at bedtime . The gardens are beautiful & it’s in a great position . We loved our time here . Sister Beena. Was a delight . Would have liked coffee making facilities in room so I could enjoy a sit in the gardens longer .

Serene convent.

This is a holy place, a Catholic residence I was not expecting. And it was the most comfortable place I have stayed in months. I felt peace.

Lovely convent, the sisters were lovely, rooms are lovely and spotless. Breakfast is continental. Everything was perfect.

Excellent place, except that the wall are very thin and one can hear everything Location is fabulous

Parking was extremely difficult - I would add that we rented a car and we didn't know know the ZTL zones, these are areas which you cannot drive into or you will receive a fine. This made getting to the hotel very difficult. It turns out that they hotel can add the cars license plate to an approved list for the duration of your stay - this would have been good to know.

Not soundproof - you could hear your neighbours Very basic breakfast No hot water on my first day

Good clean room and friendly hosts

The location is great, in the old city and just 20 mins walking to the famous Pisa tower. Supermarket is just around the corner. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very clean. Free parking space. Amazing garden with roses that smell gorgeous! Soundproofing is poor, I woke up each time someone closed the door in the other room. Shower cabin is really narrow
