Filth and Pests: The place was incredibly dirty. There were "sand flies" (mizat e dheut) in every corner of the room. The mosquito situation was even worse. My 1-year-old son was bitten so badly that his leg became severely infected. It is heartbreaking to see a child suffer because of a hotel's lack of hygiene. Deplorable Room Conditions: The bedsheets were stained, dirty, and even torn. The shower was broken; the water flow was inconsistent, making it impossible to even take a proper shower. Hidden Costs & Zero Hospitality: They charge you for everything. You have to pay 3 EUR for clean towels, which should be a basic amenity. Even the coffee and drinking water were not included and had to be paid for separately. Total Lack of Standards: This hotel does not meet even the most basic requirements of cleanliness or hospitality. Do not stay here. Especially if you are traveling with children, please look elsewhere for the sake of your health and safety. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Clean room and good location for the Leaning Tower. Staff was friendly. The toilet and shower are not inside the room. You have to leave your room and go into the hallway to use the bathroom. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. The listing said “private room” but didn’t clarify that the bathroom is external. Very inconvenient if you need to use the toilet at midnight or 3am.

The bathroom sink was clogged, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, because the hotel is close to the train station, some of the new residents were quite noisy at night. However, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, the issue was with inconsiderate guests who didn’t take into account that others were trying to sleep at 2 a.m

Left phone charger in the room and they did not gave it to me. Lots of moscito in the room. Shower broken

Absolutely no staff on duty. Wrong pin given for door meaning being stuck outside for an hour. Incorrect room given.

Room is no good very very ??? badly

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

The room smelled strongly of smoke. There was no heater, and the room was freezing cold. There was no power outlet to charge a phone, only one outlet in the bathroom. Two single beds were pushed together with double bed sheets, leaving a gap between the beds.

I don't like the heater because the room is almost cold during the night. I called to the personnel of the hotel and told for this coldness but nobody came

Room smell to tabaco and had to find a parking on the street on my own.

The location is perfect, close to railway station, the tower & city center. Although you wouldn't expect much from a 2* hotel, there are some areas that definitely need improvement, on the 4 beds room that we used at least... like the walls which desperately need to be painted , some soap holders needed in the bathoom (old ones are gone, just the holes are still there) and one sliding door of the bath cabin that needs to be replaced.. Everything else was fine, the staff did well with the cleaning of the old bathroom, but still, all of the above are maintenance issues that need to be sorted out.

Just the location The property offer a AC but when I arrived the AC in the room had a broken AC The AC had towel under for the leaking water as you can see in the pic plus that the AC is very old and bad maintenance. I asked for refund and they refused to do it

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

New rooms and clean beds,towels.. everything were perfect for our stay.before we enter the room its already cold so refreshing. Outside the building kinda normal but were surprise as we enter inside its new renovated and clean hotel.

AC is not working, wash room is very conjusted.

Decent location Black mold in the room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Someone with keys attempted to access our room multiple times without knocking. We ended up putting a chair in front of the door to create a barrier. Every time we heard someone with keys outside of our door we were waiting for someone to come barging into our room. If you are a larger person (height or weight) the bathroom is not made for you. I’m 62” and 120 pounds and struggled to navigate the bathroom.

Marco at the reception was a very nice guy. That's about it. The room does not have its own toilet and you have to get outside your room for that in the middle of the night.

The room smelled of cigarettes, this is the first time I've encountered this after hundreds of nights spent all over the world. This room wasn't even worth 20 euros!
