Hotel Terranova

It was super clean and the AC was the best!..also the staff was incredible gentle and the check in and check out was really fast Nothing!..I recommend this place 100%

Wifi didn't work.

Everything was good. The beds were nice and the rooms were quite clean. Its just second floor with no lift. We havy to walk with an elderly person and hence was a slight difficult one.

When we came from the city we found bedbugs (Cimex lectularius) in the bed. I complained to the staff who were unfriendly. They refused to change our room and told us that if we didn't like it to go sowhere else and they would give us our money back. I should mention that it was 9:30 pm, we were with children, on the eve of Orthodox Easter and the options were very limited. I went to a more expensive hotel, but they refused to pay the difference, part of it, or the cost of the taxi to that hotel. I also had a very unpleasant experience with booking.com Italy. Although theoretically I was supposed to benefit from priority support, the only options were a robot that spoke only in Italian and that if you don't have a perfect pronunciation in this language it doesn't understand anything, and an English chat to which they answered me the first time only after 3 days and they said that Hotel Terranova doesn't answer them, Verry dissapointing overall experience withboth hotel and booking.com.

It's not an apparetement neither a hotel ... just a place to sleep! Not good for familly

The location is convenient and only 15 minutes drive to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There were two fans and poor ventilation. For the hot night, one of the fan's broke down. We had to make do with only one fan, which was rather inconvenient.

Clean & TV No Air Condition, no breakfast, not friendly, rude! Too many stairs! The owner was nice but only chatted with the locals. Offered to keep our insulin cold but locked the door and didn't refrigerate it until the next day.

Hotel is very clean and hosts were very kind. Waited for us outside of check-in hours and even gave my kids a small bag of candy. Very hot in the summer. Good fan but maybe not enough for more than 2 people since the fan has to swivel to cover everyone. Opening windows would mean street noise and mosquitoes.

Good service, great staff, very clean, close to city center. Great to stay for a night, but not much space for a family if it's rainy outside.

The hotel is good value for money. Our family room (for 5) was basic, as we expected, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet with a very friendly owner who offered us a lock up to store our luggage while we looked around Pisa. It also has a nice little downstairs bar/cafe that we used while sheltering from the rain. We chose it because they don't mind late night check-ins and it is close to the train station. It's ideal for those looking for a cheap overnight stay. If you're planning to stay longer, I'd opt for somewhere a little closer to the city centre as it was about a 1/2 walk. One of the beds (that we didn't need to use) was under a window that opened right over it, so you wouldn't have been able to sleep there with the window open without scalping yourself! It would have made the room very hot for a group of 5 staying over the summer.

Location only Room was not effective with the price . There were 4 beds and very basic . No mirror in the room so it was so inconvenient, bathroom was without toilets tools

Walking distance from both Pisa central train station and the airport. Fantastic pizzeria two blocks away. Great bakery just opposite. Quadruple room was spacious and very clean. Toiletries in shower and hair dryer. Plenty of nice towels. Pay on arrival. Walking: train station 11 minutes. Airport 21 minutes and à nice walk. Reception does seem to close at 8 pm. You need to state your time of arrival. Mattresses and pillows not the best but clean nice blankets.
