Easy checkin, free parking, new, clean rooms, close to airport which was what I was looking for for this stay. Easy communication with Daniele who provided clear location and check in procedures. Nothing.

B&B is quite close to the airport. The breakfast was very good. Room was a bit too small, with a hint of mold smell in the bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable room. Lovely kitchen area and included breakfast. Proximity to the airport. Bus stop for the short journey into and out of Pisa is only a few hundred metres away. Excellent value for money. Nothing, everything was great.

Super friendly host. Does not hesitate to help you out wherever he can and obviously really puts his heart into the place. Only a 10minute walk from the airport and a bus (or a slightly longer walk) away from the center! Would highly recommend!

This was a very clean, updated place. It offers great hospitality and comfort, and we greatly enjoyed our stay! It was so nice to be offered a glass of wine or coffee or tea on arrival, and to have a place to park the car off the street. We appreciated the self-serve breakfast that was provided, too. The owners have put a lot of attention into detail, and have created a very charming space. There are several good restaurants up the street, and the B&B is very convenient to the airport. Our room facing the street on the ground floor got some noise from the traffic, but it dropped off at night and we slept well. There are also ear plugs provided in the room, which was thoughtful!

Walking distance to the airport (10 minutes walk), the room was clean and had an air condition which was very useful as it was a warm night. The host is very responsive and answered my questions very fast. The room (No1) was on the ground floor facing the main road, hence it was noisy which affected my sleep, I was waking every hour from noisy motorbikes or cars speeding by. Another noisy issue is that the main door of the building is also next to the room and the breakfast area is just next to the room, so you can hear the noisy coffee machine and all the noises of the people having breakfast. In a whole night I hardly slept 3 hours. The breakfast was very basic.
