Villa Gini is a hidden gem. We arrived exhausted from 3 days of travel and checked in easily. The property is well located with a beautiful garden and phenomenal breakfast. The family and staff are delightful and so helpful. Every care was taken to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We will be returning! Nothing

The breakfast was good and fresh, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, the airport, and various shopping options. Overall, Villa Gini is a comfortable and friendly place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa.

Lovely property in a good location. Everything perfect!

Neat 1918 home that seamed frozen in time. High ceilings and a lovely courtyard. Would take this over a chain hotel any time. Owner Roberto was a fabulous host really made us feel special. They needed to put drinking glasses in the room. Otherwise it was perfect.

The host and his kitchen helper were super. The morning cappuccino was terrific, the breakfast was nicely presented and very fresh. The bathroom is very up to date, well equipped, and spotless. The host was very interesting to describe the history of the building and area, as well as helpful to guide in walking the city and arrange for train transport. The bathroom for each unit is private, but separate from the sleeping chamber. The first time used it is a bit disorientating, but after that it is comfortable.

Nicely located, safe area, comfortable rooms, and most importantly… delightful and helpful host! Breakfast was MARVELOUS! There was nothing to dislike!

It was very hot in July and at night was only bearable with continuous AC operation, which we don't prefer.

Location, vibe and very friendly service I was in the room #2 and it was very noisy from the road on the street.

A lovely flat located in a charming, historic building with beautiful high ceilings. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they provided fantastic recommendations that really enriched our trip. We enjoyed the breakfast in the garden area. The flat is conveniently close to the train station, though a bit of a walk from the main attractions in Pisa. Everything was clean and tidy, and we appreciated that the flat was refreshed while we were out on our first day. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The bathroom had a slight odor, likely due to the building's age and limited ventilation

Really loved the stay in this 100+ years old building which is still maintained well with a superb backyard. Host Roberto received well, explained us the property, asked our food preferences and made us comfortable. Bus stop in front of the villa Water from shower nozzles was not proper . It's time to replace. There could have been little more veg options like corn flakes, muesli etc

The owners were very personable, friendly and interested to make sure our trip, not just in Pisa but the rest of our journey went well

En general todo

Very friendly and helpful host – he even offered to assist us if we needed anything during our next stop in Bologna. The room was a very good size, clean, and overall great value for money. Just a heads-up for future guests: some rooms don’t have an en-suite bathroom. It’s private, but you need to go out into the hallway to access it. If available, we’d recommend booking a room with an attached bathroom for added convenience. Also nice breakfast

Very close to the train station Host was very friendly, a very generous breakfast with homemade delicacies Typical epoch house Had to go out of the room for the bathroom
