Great location for Pisa Centrale station , a short hop into town and only 20 mins walk from the airport ! Super staff , a real gem of a hotel Shower was a bit small
-
Convenient location Strange rules where the guests are not allowed to be in the backyard with their own snacks and wine even though there is nobody else in the yard. It is okay, though, if they buy drinks from their bar.

The shower door was broken, so the water was on the floor when taking a shower. The shower door was already black from time, so needs to be replaced. Also loud noises disrupted my sleep. You will not be able to sleep in at this hotel as the cleaning lady starts working at 9 AM and is very loud. The walls and doors are thin so I heard everything. Value for money is not good.

The place is overpriced for what you are getting. The room is fine, but certainly not worth 120euro without breakfast in this location.
-
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in walking distance from train station.
-
Beautiful place to stay the night. Very comfortable and the staff was super nice. We were checked in and out in under 12 hours, so it wasn’t a long stay but it was perfect for our needs and very close to train station.

My room was right next to reception and I could hear everything that was going on in the lobby. Bed was comfortable but my sleep was interrupted by the noise.

Hidden Gem in Pisa, highly recommended. Super close to the train station (a few minutes walk), but also far enough and in a small quiet side street. Walking distance to the tower and the old city. As a solo traveler I found this place very comfortable, and felt very safe.
-
It’s central. It has the bare minimum The whole thing just looks and feels old, staff was neutral but could have been friendlier. The fact that I need to leave the keys at the hotel every time I go out was weird. Breakfast was ok.

It is a medium-class hotel. The host was very nice. The room was big, but the location is not good location

Great location. Included some parking. Good breakfast

The reception we experienced as we checked-in to the hotel was excellent. We were met with a welcoming smile and our room was ready (and we were upgraded to a junior suite). The breakfast exceeded our expectations, as compared to previous reviews. The buffet was well stocked with pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, toast and cereal. The hot beverage service was excellent. The staff was very willing to assist as we inquired about directions to a pharmacy and then to the train station. Highly recommend! We have no suggestions as we were very pleased.

It was close to the train station, and the staff were very helpful Nothing to really dislike about the property
-
Personally don’t like bedspreads.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even loaned me a old-school 120 V converter. The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was large. The bed was very, very comfortable. The AC worked nicely. The garden patio is a fine spot to sit and have a drink and relax after walking about the city center. The location is excellent. You can actually walk from the airport in less than 10 minutes and you are close to the main pedestrian Avenue and many of the great sites in the city center.
-
Excellent location (walking distance from Stazione Pisa Centrale and also walking distance to the riverfront). Nice sized room. Excellent value for price. Not the highest level of cleanliness. Also, minimal natural light so room was darkish.

The staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. The breakfast was also wonderful, a lot of options. The bed was comfortable, very clean and white sheets. The AC was new and worked perfectly. The location of the hotel is close to the train station and not very far from Pisa Tower. My main issue was the humidity and the strong smell of mold. We had visible spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling and had to keep the windows open and AC or vent ON, the whole time to have a fresh air. I didn’t tell the staff anything about it, because the same smell was all over the hotel, reception area also. There was nothing they could have done about it. Also some issues with the shower, mold and drainage was difficult. No mosquito nets, but we used the electric blinds to protect us from insects. Long time dust on the curtains. Smart tv but Netflix was not available although the apps were there.
