アパート的要素が全くないので、電子レンジやコンロが無いのはわかっていたが、湯沸かしポットもない。その分、諦めて外での食事が楽しめたのはよかった。

What a surprising wonderful stay. We loved the electric blinds, providing a totally dark room for sleep. The sheets and hand towels were beautiful crisp and ironed-touch of elegance. Florio allowed us to store our luggage and allowed us to sit in his air conditioned sitting room before our walk to the train station. He even provided cold water. Very hospitable with great assistance navigating Florence and dinner recommendations.

Room was decent, although slightly small. Manageable for single travellers. Food was good with reasonable number of options for vegetaraians. Quite walkable from Pisa train station and to Pisa tower & nearby attractions.

This Hotel is just so reliable it's staff the cleanliness the breakfast and the Air conditioning. The location is perfect too! Leaving

Easy to reach from airport and close to city center. Nice hotel

They were able to accommodate a very late check in. We only stayed one night so there wasn't any time to notice.

Very comfy bed and solid breakfast. Helpful staff! The decor needs an update but is is not important to us.

I did not like anything I woke up in the middle of the night feeling dirty , area around hotel made me feel unsafe , breakfast was crowded and did not have enough seating or food

Location was easy access from train station and airport. Clean hotel. The bed was extremely hard and difficult for sleep.

Location and value Single room very small

The room was clean and tidy, with enough space for comfortable stay. The breakfast was quite good, with fresh pastries, several other food options (cheese/meat/muesli) and great coffee. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the train station and 10 minutes away from the city center.

Great location close to the central station. Attentive staff. Clean room and bathroom. Warm water and Air conditioner. For the location it was a great price Beds were uncomfortable compared to hotels' average. The walls are thin so if you have a room neighbor talking or watching TV, you will hear everything all night like it happened to me

This hotel never fails to deliver The staff are very professional. This Hotel is spotless and you can hear a pin drop at night. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. I felt the bed was extremely hard for me. Just my opinion as I know people perhaps like hard mattresses.

It was kinda an emergency stay for me, and I was very tired when I arrived. The hotel was the best thing that day. The staff were very polite, friendly, and kind. The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. I slept very well. The breakfast was really very tasty and the quantity is not too little as other commentaries claim. Overall, it was truly an excellent experience. Nothing honestly. I was very satisfied with everything.

Location, it was in the center of the city Breakfast. The kids did not enjoy the breakfast. In fact it was the worst breakfast experience we had in any hotel.

Room size OK, beds comfortable, clean, warm in the room given that we travel in January. Breakfast was generally good. What can be improved are the juices and the coffee for breakfast. They are both from machines and not the best quality.
