Great location. Good breakfast. The shower size. A bad tap.
-
significant noisy air-conditioning, very small bathroom, old room but high price
-
The room was spacious and clean — well worth the upgrade. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Pisa Centrale station. What really stood out was the front desk staff: when I mentioned the air conditioning wasn’t keeping up with the summer heat, they sorted it out promptly and professionally. Great service recovery! The entrance area is a bit dark and easy to miss at night — slightly intimidating on first arrival. The AC in the larger room also struggled initially with the summer heat, though to be fair this is a common issue across Europe in June, and the staff resolved it quickly after I raised it.

Conveniently located by train station for quick/short stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good room size for Europe. Would appreciate counter space in bathroom
-
Friendly staff, great breakfast, easy walk to train station Small shower. Little seating in room
-
entrance to hotel was very uncomfortable

This is an OK hotel, really. Very well located, right next to the train station and in walking distance of anything else in Pisa, including the airport (25 minutes walking). There were signs of wear on various things but the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Staff was always available.

Location only. AC not working. Toilet not working. Elevator needs to be sanitized. Tired property. Cool lobby painting though.

Convenient location to train station

Food offered plentiful. Location Building in an alley way, no outside light
-
Location was perfect. Thin walls. Breakfast is very poor

My plane was diverted and I have booked last minute the hotel. I have arrived in the middle of the night and I have left the day after. I have found the hotel very comfortable. It is close to the station so not the most enjoyable place in Tuscany, however very safe and easy to reach. Breakfast was amazing ! The room was clean I enjoyed the stay Nothing

Very convenient location next to train station. Excellent customer service at the reception desk. We got a room change at request due to personal preferences with the most kind and helpful attitude. Congratulations on such wonderful service! Thank you! At superior levels the wi-fi could be improved. Some amenities could be updated but all is fully functional.

It was very comfortable, the staff members were very nice and the price is pretty fair The doors, walls and windows were a bit thin
-
Located just a short walk from the train station - and then caught a bus to the Tower - about 15-20 minutes. Walked back to the hotel. hotel very smart and we had a separate TV/study room and separate wardrobe area. Did not have any food as no time. Perhaps the details of how to find it..... as the main sign is in a shopping arcade and so hidden from street view

The building feels very old, and I don’t believe it should be rated as a 3-star hotel. Although the nightly rate is low, it still doesn’t meet the standards of a 3-star property. The lobby had a strange smell, somewhat like a bathroom odor. The room did not have a fridge, which was inconvenient. The room light doesn’t fully turn off, which made it hard to sleep. The shower door doesn’t close properly, so water leaks out after showering. The towel radiator wasn’t working during my stay.
