Nothing I arrived late at night and nobody was there to receive us. The main hotel door was closed and not instructions where given. The place smells terrible

Clean, able to leave bags for a few hours the morning of check out. A lot of scented cleaner in the room, made it uncomfortable. Sheets felt slightly damp.

The only redeeming quality is the location. Other than that, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t stay here. Save your family the hassle. The hotel has no hot water. Want to take a hot shower after visiting Pisa? Forget about it. The room is cold, and the heating and AC don’t work. There’s no reception available, so you can’t get these issues fixed. I tried messaging the host and still haven’t received a response. Save your family the hassle.

Room was equipped with a well-functioning air conditioning unit, and the staff was super friendly, allowing for early check-in. Location was also close to train station. It is a shared bathroom between all of the rooms, and the beds were mediocre.

It was cheap and just what we needed for a night and right next to the train station so we could wake up and walk across the street for our train

The room is not sound proof, even the sound of people walking in the street is quite audible, especially at night. No facilities like, electric kettle or microwave oven. The bunk bed in the room was quite noisy.

Small nice place, perfect for 2 night stay. I needed a hotel near the train station, and it's no more than 200 m away. The airport is only 5 minutes away by shuttle or taxi. Surprisingly quiet area despite the station near. A little long away from the tourist attractions, but it is just for good. Lots of good cafes , pizzerias around so lack of breakfast at the hotel not ar problem.

It wasnt realy clean. There is no elevator. There wasnt wifi signal, it was not working. Thats the big minus. There were some bugs walking through. Old place. There wasnt enough space for 4 people.

The place is not up to the expectations. - no wifi - no lock to the shower door - we are a family of 4 people - not value for money - too much noise from outside, Although windows were closed - shower was bad, took 15 mins to get moderate hot water

It is super close to the Train station and the airport shuttle. It would be a good place for a group of friends to stay one night and fly to your next destination, especially if your flight is early morning the next day. I stayed at the hotel for one night, and my experience was quite basic. The room was small and humid, with an unusual smell of a close basement. During my stay, I did not encounter any other guests. Its important to note that if you plan to arrive between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, you will need to check your email for a code to access the hotel. This accommodation may be suitable for a group of friends but is not recommended for families with children.

Very close to the train station and only about a 20 mins walk from the leaning tower. The room was basic but really had everything we needed as you spend most of the time exploring anyway! The gentleman on reception was really helpful and advised about the airport shuttle train from the station. Air con was a massive plus too! N/a
