Understanding, supportive and kind! Thank you!

Easy location for station They gave us 2 rooms which were not next to each other or interconnected which given we'd booked as a family seemed odd. There was no provision for common dietary requirements such as gkuten free or non-dairy milk. The rooms were in urgent need of repair with lights hanging off walls, loose floorboards on stairs, shower screens which were not on their rails.
-
tv was broken and no plugs near the beds
-
Too expensive for such facilities
-
The pillows for decoration on the bed was dirty and the shower was too small.
-
Close to the train station Easy walk to the station and the tower

The location was perfect, staff were very friendly and bed was very comfortable. The shower didn’t work properly and the breakfast wasn’t great.
-
Location is good. Dirty, old, smelly hotel that needs renovating.
-
Smell of dirty mop as soon as you walk in the room Cold shower, which gets warm water after 20/25 minutes you leave the water running Breakfast menu overrated, very basic options.
-
Central location Dated rooms. Small bathrooms that need the skills of a contortionist to use, black mould also present. Some staff were get nonchalant when I pointed out the cleaning staff left my room wide open. The breakfast was limited, coffee machine didn’t work. Limited plug sockets in room.
-
Location very close to the main train station Not clean and very dated.

Very good

Just to location close to the train station is good. So small room and the smallest old bathroom. My husband couldn’t even fit to the shower. The furniture is really old. Needs some renovation.
-
Room, and hotel generally, a bit tired. Staff not particularly engaging.
-
Just the location, close to train station and the center. Very small room, laminate floor worn out, old furniture, walls in need of a bit of paint refreshing. TV didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, breakfast very basic.

Location by station. The bed linen. More like a two star. Dingy small bathroom, Graffiti in streets both sides, inadequate breakfast, very expensive for what we got. Bag storage insecure, no tea or coffee facilities, no foreign TV, bed uncomfortable. Few staff.

Location - selected hotel due to its proximity to the station. Rooms were reasonably small, however we had a balcony (although all of the potted plants were dead) - no view, however balcony added a sense of space.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk to the train station, 10 minutes from the airport via shuttle, 20 minutes walk to the Leaning Tower, and shops and restaurants were closeby. If you're not looking for anything fancy, it is ideal for a base for exploring Italy - Rome, Florence etc.... Wasn't expecting much as it was one of the cheapest hotels but the room was a lot smaller than expected. I think a heavier shower curtain is needed to stop it attacking you whilst having a shower. Also recommend earplugs for the noise, especially the road sweeper every morning. No need for an alarm clock.

Great location and excellent service with a smile from all receptionists especially Zinza. She was really helpful with us and very friendly. There's nothing that I didn't like cause I left from Touring Hotel with great satisfaction.

The staff was very friendly, and the location of the hotel is great- close to the main station and not far from the city center. The bathroom was extremly small. It was hard to move around to take a shower. You could hear everything from the outside and from the rooms next door. Not ideal for light sleepers. In general, not worth the money.
