The very welcoming of Chiara, even though we have arrive late in the evening. The cleanliness, room temperature and location I wish they would add an egg options on breakfast and maybe warm options for breakfast.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. A very short walk to the main train station.

The staff were very friendly, and the location is great. The train station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach the room, and the breakfast was very, very, very limited.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room

We had a very pleasant stay and found the hotel especially practical for travelling. One of the biggest advantages is its location: it is within walking distance of the airport, so it can be reached easily with about a 15-minute walk, even after a late flight. Late check-in was possible, which was a great help for us and would also be very useful for anyone whose flight is delayed. The hotel is also very close to the train station, making it an ideal choice for onward travel. We really appreciated that we were allowed to store our luggage free of charge for a few hours after check-out while we visited the city. Breakfast was typically Italian, with sweet options only, but everything was tasty and the coffee was excellent. Everyone we met at the reception was very kind and warmly Italian in the best sense. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was very important during the summer heat. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant stay. It was very good value for money, and we would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff are wonderful (and there’s a friendly dog called Tali on the welcome committee!) It’s a lovely quiet, clean, family run property and had amazing coffee with the breakfast. We were initially hesitant about a shared bathroom but we didn’t have to wait during our stay and it was really clean. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to city center and airport, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. At night was very noisy.

Friendly staff members , very helpful ordering a taxi for the airport. Quite noisy in the evening with passing trains, found sleeping hard. Trains did stop late evening. Budget hotel so would only reccommend short stay.

Location The room was super cold

Close location to train station (5 minute walk) as well as airport (17 minute walk). Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the desk was manned 24 hours. Light breakfast of yogurt, fruit, cheese, pastries. It felt similar to a hostel with bathroom down the hall. The neighborhood didn’t invite exploring. It was fine for a one night stay in transit, but I wouldn’t want a long stay there

This is a good facility at an excellent location in Pisa. It is a family run hotel, and the couple are really well spoken and were super nice to us. We stayed there twice during our Italy trip. The hotel is about 15 minutes of walk from the airport and like 2-3 minutes to the Pisa train station. The tower is like 10 minutes of walk and most of the good restaurants are in the vicinity. Definitely an amazing location. The rooms were quite big and beds were comfortable. Rooms had all the basics according to their level and nothing seemed missing. Bonus points for their friendly dog Tali :) The soundproofing in the rooms is a bit bad. There were some people literally smashing the doors in the middle of the night and we could clearly hear what they were talking.

It was so close to the train station and the staff was truly amazing. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

On ground floor room has moisture smell. No free parking if you come or rent a car

- Clean room - Very close to the train station (&Pisa Mover that takes you to the airport) & bus station (so you can get quickly to city centre) - Balcony available (the street noise did not bother us) - Lovely Tali :) - Good coffee & cappuccino available in the morning - We had the breakfast included option, but we cannot really call it breakfast, very very limited option - The W.C. was quite uncomfortable as it was very close the the wall; the bathroom door did not properly close - Very small room, no place to store clothes (but enough for our one-night stay), no fridge - No lift, only stairs - Area does not seem the safest especially at night Suggestion: offer some slippers and better shower gel

The breakfast was good enough. The rooms were clean. The shared bathroom experience was terrible, not going to take it again.

Location is good and friendly employees. Room was a quite small.
