Ali was amazing and very welcoming. We had to stay in Pisa very last minute due to missing our train and booked the room at 10:00 pm and checked in at 11:30 pm, he was waiting outside to let us in and give us the key. He was so kind and the facilities were impeccable!

Waiting for staff to get into our room. We had 14 hours of travel and just wanted to get into our room.

The host was really nice and waited for us in the middle of the night to show us in. The beds where pretty comfy for Italian standards. Everything was clean.

Close to train station. Quick city bus ride from train station to Leaning tower square.

They cancelled our booking and rebooked us with a different accommodation which was not suited for 4 people (which was our original booking). The new accommodation was not in vicinity to the airport as and was not worth the price.

Fantastic room, spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and nice, waiting for us after office time, at night, to allow us to check in although our flight was heavily delayed. Very good location, at a short walking distance from the airport. Strongly recommended for your next trip to Pisa.

Convenient and secure property. Hot water didn’t work very well in the shower.

A small note – the light in the room is fluorescent and very white. It would be nice to invest in slightly softer, more romantic lighting.

Bed was good. Quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Secure. Proximity to airport. Restaurants nearby.

The host was very helpful as soon as we arrived, giving us all the information that we needed. We had to leave early in the morning so the breakfast in the common area was very convenient. We found nothing negative with the accommodation.

Walls are pretty thin we woke up earlier than planned due to other people staying and making a lot of noise

Clean and comfortable! We were able to walk all around Pisa and to the airport. Great location! Easy check in and check out. It was also nice that it was a gated entry. Wonderful host! Perfect!
