Location was exceptional, with just a 10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower and other areas. The hotel has a car park which we utilised as we were travelling to the airport which was only 10 minutes away.

Breakfast was fine with attentive staff.

Great location, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast The hotel is very old and everything in the room is hanging by a thread, it's not a four star hotel. Our room was facing the main road and it was very loud from traffic.
-
Lack of elevator combined with our choice of top floor room, we were advised in advance so mostly our own fault. The view from our small room windows was somewhat restricted by some kind of net or mesh, not sure why but it is what it is. No big deal.

Excellent service and very friendly staff I definitely recommend it No comments

Recommanded for couples. Very intimate and user-friendly. Few minutes walk from the Pisa tower

This hotel was close to the leaning tower. We stayed here one night and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was a challenge as the entry to the lot behind the hotel was extremely narrow. (My brother drove the SUV we rented and I think he actually enjoyed the challenge.) There were a few steps to get luggage into the hotel. The beds could use memory foam toppers.

We liked the location as it was a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was nicely decorated and had a fridge. The breakfast was very good! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. There is not an elevator, and we were on the top floor. It can be a challenge with heavy bags.

The staff were friendly the room was good size It wasn’t the main hotel it was an out building . It was dark with no windows and a small door . It was noisy and the car park was literally by the front door. The set out of the room was strange .

Close to Pisa tower!!! Nice breakfast with terrific coffee. Kind staff! Pillows and bed were soft. Cold water in rooms.

Great location Very pleasant staff It was 2 star not 4 star Very expensive for what it was

It is not too far from the Pisa tower Staff was unhelpful, there was no WiFi connection in the room which was located outside of the building. Despite raising the concerns no one came to verify and simply offer to come to the bar section which is not what is expected when you spend close to 290$ a night. It says 4 stars but it’s at best 2 stars just look at the photo of pseudo wardrobe. Unfortunately that was the last stop of my trip to Italy with the kids and it ended on a bad note.

Room was so hot. The mini split AC wouldn't cool down the room until about 4am. We didn't get any rest at this place. I would not recommend this place.

We had a great stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was all great

Location is really good, walking distance to Pisa, staff is really so nice and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. I highly recommend for families who wants to visit Pisa.

The view was amazing the breakfast was good it was big room and very comfortable There is no elevator but they inform this when you book. You can ask to stay on lower floor

Giusy did our morning with her amazing cappuccini! Good thing is that hotel has parking. However if you have big car you have extremely narrow way to go to this parking. Nothing for small cars. At the same time the parking has interesting design (see foto).
