Hotel Roma

Really amazing location right by the leaning tower. Helpful staff Nice little outdoor area and lounge Lovely aircon which was really welcome as a heatwave It is basic (which was fine for us for 1 night). Could do with some furniture updating. A little noisy both from other guests and road noise

Location is walking distance to the center of the city and everywhere. I like the hotel because it is so convenient to visit the nearby Pisa Tower. It is safe and clean hotel.

My family and I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Roma. The location was great to walk to the leaning tower, eat delicious food, and not far from the train (about a 25 minute walk or quick taxi ride) to take day trips to Florence, Lucca, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful with navigating the neighborhood and booking taxi rides.

Room and bathroom was really clean. Bed was comfy-ish for a night or two. The room I stayed in was a single and it was basic but still had a good tv, lamp, lots of storage abd they included shampoo and shower gel for me. The shutters on the window were good and allowed me to sleep in a bit more! It was a little dated, some of the lights were temperamental in the room but it was only for one night. Couple of bits like a hair dryer would have been nice but I’m sure they would have provided one had I asked.

My room, while not luxurious, had absolutely everything I needed in a simple, basic way. I did think the furniture in the lounge was due for a makeover, but everything else was fine.

Excellent location. Only a few minutes from the tower. AC blows ice cold. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were a little stiff but after so much walking it doesn’t matter.

We had a baby with my son and my wife wasn't very well one day. The staff were lovely. The parking was tricky

The gentleman at the front desk is super nice and helpful. And the lovely lady in charge of the breakfast is very nice too! Great breakfast!

The staff was very welcoming, the room was comfortable and very clean. It is very close to Leaning Tower of Pisa. Everything I was looking for, I found at this hotel. I did not like that the elevator was very small, and I could not fit inside with my daughter’s stroller. However, the staff was very polite and kindly allowed me to leave the stroller downstairs at the reception.

The hotel's location was perfect for me, as I walked from Termini in about 2-3 minutes. The staff was very kind and responsible. The hotel is in an old building that is part of a complex of several hotels. They keep my backpack after checkout. My room had no bedside lamp and refrigerator, and the bed was so close to the front door that it hit the bed when the door closed.

Fantastic location right next to the Field of Miracles, close to great restaurants, walking distance to shops etc. Small room that was quite plain, a bit noisy.
