Bed & Tower

The room is on the side of the road, therefore it can be very noisy at times.

The pictures do not reflect the reality. The room was not fully built. Neither was the bathroom. Really disappointed.

I enjoy the hotel the vibe it had great location and breakfast was amazing I will recommend you Everything, it took me back in time and it made me feel I was part of royalty

The location was excellent. We had some challenges getting g I. The unit when the door did not open. The cleaning lady came by and thankfully opened it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bed and Tower. Staff were friendly and welcoming, it was also great that we could leave our bags while we explored the city. The room itself was spacious, with a table and chairs and TV. Carrefour express was literally a 10-second walk from the door, which was very handy. The tower of Pisa was around a 5-minute walk from us as well. Overall, a great location, and a lovely stay. We will come back again if we're ever in Pisa! There was a bit of noise coming in from the street. The lock to the bathroom was slightly difficult to use, it might be a good idea to get that replaced!

Brilliant location. Literally 5 mins walk to tower etc. Didn’t meet host personally but was superb at comms on whats app making it stress free to check in. Only downside is that can hear the noise outside with being close to centre.

I loved the location, it was very comfortable, super clean, good instructions. Nice looking place. The TV didn't work. It was not setup properly which was a huge bad point.. My mother loves nothing more than watching TV when we get to the hotel to relax, she is an eldelry woman who doesn't use the internet. The host kind of tried to explain to me (I'm pretty tech savy) how to set it up through Whatsap, I did what I was told, disn't work and she eventually gave up instead of sending someone to fix it. This is unacceptable. My mom had nothing to do to spend her time. It may be a small issue for some, but this is the reason why everything needs to be checked to make sure it's working properly. There is no one to greet you, so you don't talk to anybody in person. I guess the host was too busy or too tired to come and set up the tv for us. But she was right on time to kick us out at the time to check out. Check out was at 11, she was there at 11:10 and started cleaning right away with us still there. If you're going to be in the hospitality business, you make sure your guests are well accomodated and not left unsatisfied.

Great location, right beside a supermarket and 5 min walk to the leaning tower. Being on the ground floor was a relief after many stairs and narrow elevators in other Italy accomodations, likewise excited by strong WiFi and water pressure! Loved staying here and would definitely come back next time. Pretty much perfect! Only small thing was that earplugs were necessary due to street noise - a main walkway is just outside the room’s window and had people walking by at all hours.

Our stay was excellent. The location is very convenient, and is extremely near to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are many restaurants nearby and the city centre is also extremely close. There is a Carefour right next to the property, which is very convenient. The owners were very helpful, polite, and responsive. Highly recommend!

Bad

I think there are just 2 rooms in the apartment (we had a room with a bathroom) and the kitchen is shared. Great location!
