The location is really good and the decor of the rooms is very unique and beautiful.

The hotel was in a fabulous location to the main attractions, shops, and restaurants!! It was clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a small refrigerator/microwave, but it was fine for us because we didn’t really need it. The only problem with our room was that one of our walls was against the next door hotel and the room to that hotel was very noisy late at night and we could hear everything. We did call the front desk and they explained that to us.

The location is amazing, 3 min away from the Pisa tower! Many restaurants nearby and 20 minutes away from the train station. It was clean and well equipped for a few nights stay! The staff is welcoming and helpful! You can leave the luggage (no lockers, a room next to the reception) after check out. Two small things : - It’s a bit noisy! You can hear everything happening on the street (cars, people passing by). - the showerhead is fixed high on the wall! Not ideal if you only want to wash your body. I’d say it’s a bit pricey, but the location is totally worth it.

Convenient to all attractions

Great location, reception open long hours, rooms with atmosphere

The stay was good for a night. It was clean and had everything needed Perhaps the pricing of the stay could be better considering that better hotels could be booked for a slight increase in price

4th floor with no lift carrying luggage?
-
It was a great location close to everything we needed No elevator but there is one being built
-
The only thing I did not like. Was the stairs to the 4th floor...I'm getting old, but it was ok.
-
The room is small, but for the price it's great.
-
Quiet, central. Nice to have a sink in the room.

Location, it‘s fascinating! Less than 10 mins walk from the Tower and around 15 mins of walk to the railway station. Also the team is smiley and nice and allowed me to store my luggage before the train for a couple of hours. It‘s a little bit outdated. Don’t get me wrong - I travelled a lot around Italy and I love the feeling of old things and capable to appreciate it. But here I had a feeling that the place isn‘t very well maintained, but it‘s not a complaint, it just makes sense to keep it in mind in order to manage expectations. For 1 night stay it‘s a good value for money, I think :) also shared bathroom experience isn‘t for everyone, but you know that before arrival

I found a used band-aid on the floor, which definitely proves the cleaning wasn’t thorough. More importantly I set to exit the hotel early in the morning, and so they told me during the check-in that I could leave the keys inside the lions’s mouth (a locker of sorts) and I could leave. When I tried to exit I realized that I needed the key to open the main door, a major oversight that could’ve been made explicit to me. I had no way to exit without the keys and almost lost my train. I was able to exit because luckily another guest kindly opened the door for me at 5 am.
