Great location, right in the middle of the old town. Clean, comfortable beds/room and a nice breakfast. Staff throughout the hotel where excellent.

location they did not allow me to enter with car in ztl even though i was the one that booked this hotel for my clients, i took them there and picked them up and paid the full bill. never happened to me in other cities. the staff response was unbelievable. i needed to stay at the hotel in order for them to do that!!! Just ridiculous

Ottima locazione, vicino alla Torre e al Battistero, in una via ricca di attrattive. Stanza molto confortevole, pulita e ben accessoriata. Ottimo ristorante sulla terrazza. Possibilità di lasciare l'automobile in garage, previo tempestivo avvertimento. A me è piaciuto tutto. Anche chi viaggiava con me è rimasto entusiasta.

Location was excellent. Good spread at breakfast - lots of choice. Handy to local restaurants and amenities. Roof top bar/restaurant view was outstanding. Room was a little small, bathroom had plastic shower screen and cleaning could of been better. Roof top bar could have benefitted from some easy chairs for late afternoon sit.

Central Location and the staff were so friendly and helpful

The staff was amazing and went over and above- we couldn’t get a taxi back to the airport bc of a festival and Stefano who was getting off work offered to take us / that is what I call service! Such a great location and friendly staff going over and beyond! Everything was great!

The location was at a really awesome place to see downtown historic Florence. I had all things that you would need to stay there. Very clean. I wasn’t really aware how many steps there were. I would say pack light and this location is awesome. I had my 72 year-old Aunt with me who likes to pack heavy so it was a little difficult carrying her stuff up and down the stairs.

The view and staff were wonderful. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were a bit small.

Amazing staff went out of the way to help us with a missing passport from taxi. Great room with a large patio Walking distance to everything Perfect location Only draw back was the pillows Very thin n hard. Uncomfortable to sleep with those Next time I atay I’ll bring my pillows. Absolutely great hotel n location Pillows too thin and too hard, very uncomfortable to sleep with

Grand Hotel Duomo Everything at the hotel was very good and well organized. The cleanliness was excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only issue during our stay was the Wi-Fi connection, which unfortunately did not work at all. I hope the hotel can improve this in the future, as everything else was really great. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our stay was too short!

The best dinner view in the city. Outstanding staff and the food was excellent. Worth every penny and still a reasonable price! Nothing!

Many places to eat & some gift shops too, just on the same street. Good size room & decent beds. I paid for a room with a view, I didn't get this it had fixed Bamboo shutters all over the window so couldn't see outside. Bit disappointed with that but as for a room to sleep in, can't fault. Couldn't work aircon.that could be us not knowing how to use. I would suggest going up to the rooftop in the day as we went at night for dinner in hotel tower isn't lit up well so best pics in daylight. Hotel food was nice but over priced as expected.

The location was amazing.

very very very old, only like 1-star Too old and dirty. Smells bad, have lots of mosquitoes, bed sheet is dirty, shower is broken, cannot open the window
