The location was perfect.

The property did have may stores and food areas around it. It was like being in a box. No heat and super cold at night. No fan in the bathroom and they did not clean the room every day. It was far from downtown. One hour drive.

Very nice, modern looking and clean hotel. Delux rooms are spacious. Constant supply of hot water. Heater in the room. Bed was large, comfortable and very warm. Few minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. Staff are great. There is no breakfast or food of any kind available, despite the sign stating the hotel has a restaurant. However, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

The shower was great, the room was big and clean. The bed very comfortable and the owner was super nice! The view from the room (306) was superb! I liked everything, just I noticed several rooms have windows towards the corridor (the corridor has a whole wall in glass so a lot of day light in the rooms anyway). If you prefer an exterior room it would be worth to request it when booking.

Room was nice and big and clean and the staff was friendly . They shouldn’t have advertised that there was an included breakfast .there was no restaurant service .that changed the dynamic of the stay .would have likely picked another hotel.

Clean and well organised. I like there are choices of warm light and cool light. Very nice shower. Good location. Good wifi. The window is towards the hallway. I prefer to the outside so I can have fresh air and some sunlight.

This hotel is perfectly situated next to the main market and a 5-minute walk to the main square with more shopping and restaurants. Taxis were available at the front door and the local bus stopped at the market next door. Our room had a radiator heater that make the room cozy during cold winter nights. Raquel at the front desk allowed us to stay an additional hour after checkout to wait for our taxi to Cusco.

Clean rooms, welcoming and kind staff. We were greeted and walked to our room. Beds were comfortable, laundry was done for us. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. Center of town, perfect location.

The staff was exceptional, truly caring, obliging, and tremendously helpful. The room was comfortable, with a GREAT shower, free WiFi in the rooms, and good bedding. The hotel is centrally located, close to the market, lots of small shops nearby, and we were even walked to be shown some good restaurants when we arrived. A real gem and highly recommended!
