Location is super central, the inn has a great vibe, food was spectacular (at the hotel restaurant), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was rather small

Great location, very cute little inn. When we checked in, the kid working was not very helpful, but the next day the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Good restaurant and breakfast. Room was small but clean and the water was hot! Would definitely recommend if you're staying in Pisac.

The location was wonderful, with beautiful views and easy access to Pisac. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. The spa treatments were excellent and very relaxing. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the Sacred Valley. The dining room could be quite cold in the mornings, but this was a minor issue. Otherwise, I had a very enjoyable stay

Great location and service. Food was also exceptional. Will stay here again if back in Pisac

Lovely staff, perfect location, delicious breakfast, and clean and comfortable.

Location Advised not to drink the water or use tap water to brush teeth. Language challenge. Thank God I knew a little Spanish. Came in soaking wet from rain & was hungry and tired. Was asked If I was guest and then was asked to go upstairs to be out of the way. Felt insulted!

I absolutely love this beautiful inn. I extended my stay after a long travel day inspired me to enjoy a self care day at the spa and I am grateful for every moment. Maria at the spa is such a gift. She created a whole experience for me to rejuvenate. I started with the sauna heated by a wood burning stove. Adding water to the herbal medicines layered atop the stove created a crescendo of steam that opened up my respiration & my spirit. The flower bath was magical and her massage felt so healing. The staff at the hotel is beautiful, helpful and warm-hearted. Sitting by a fire, reflecting on my journey in Peru, enjoying nourishing meals and sleeping in a beautifully decorated room with comfy beds and ending my day with hot showers brought my body back to life! The cuisine from restaurant is so delicious and they have amazing cookies! Highly recommended this place :)! ✨??

The staff is excellent and also the location
-
Neat old hotel with a great restaurant .. a good breakfast It’s noisy… being the town square and tour group lunches.
-
Great place!

The staff was wonderful. The location was absolutely amazing. It is right on the square and if you are there on a Sunday they have a beautiful farmers market. The breakfast was very very good. I definitely recommend this hotel.
-
Friendly. Super comfortable beds. Great shower. Right on the square Nothing at all. Great place!
-
Obviously not the property's fault, but being right on the central square music was blasting till past midnight on Monday of all days. Ear plugs are very important. Also, lighting in the room could be a bit better as well as wall paint, which was flaking. I'd also have appreciated some hooks on which to hang towels.

- We stayed here right after arriving in Cusco, and it was a great decision — Pisac is at a lower altitude, so it really helped us avoid altitude sickness. - The hotel is perfectly located right on the main square — everything is close by: markets, shops, and cafes. - You can park your car directly on the square. - The hotel is super cozy, with beautiful room decor. - The room was warm and the shower was great. - All the staff is kind and friendly - Breakfast was delicious Nothing major — everything was great! Maybe just that Pisac is a small town, so it’s quieter in the evenings

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We needed transportation to a town 1.5 hours away and they arranged with a very friendly taxi driver. Location is extremely convenient. Meals were delicious. The room on the ground floor in the back is next to the laundry room. The machines were noisy, but when we explained to reception they said the machines were turning off soon. The step down to the bathroom is very high, it would be good to have a rail for safety
-
Location, breakfast, room were very good, but the staff is the real highlight of the Pisac Inn. They are just great! They received us very well, and assist us to get best resources and local knowledge to handle the effects of the high altitude. I strongly recommend this location!
-
Loved the location. Great food. Staff went above and beyond (especially Roxanna).
-
Charming. Fantastic sheets. The coffee was abominable. And the expression machine was broken.

Better to choose a 2nd floor room if possible. It is an older building and footsteps upstairs were clearly heard. Food portions at meals (breakfast and dinner) were quite small.
