The staff - simply wonderful. Noise at times.

Close to town. Short walk to or from the hotel to or from the archeological site hike if you want to walk there or better we took a taxi up and walked down and directly to the hotel, easy, you won’t get lost. Great breakfast, hot high pressure excellent shower. Dated, rustic and basic. Not for you if you are expecting a modern hotel.

The curtains let too much light in. No blinds! Also, they don't give you shampoo.

They let us check out after the first night, even though we had reserved for six nights. They were very kind and understanding about it. The garden and the common areas were very cute, and the staff was very helpful. And the people who stayed there were charming and friendly. The property was extremely basic without any toiletries, the shower curtain was shorter than the shower so you would get water everywhere. And most of all it was very cold at night so you need to bring your own heater otherwise there’s no way to heat the space. But they said you could buy a heater from them if you want.

On premise alpaca and bunnies. Pancake breakfast was killer value and taste. Everyone was easy going and kind. One stop shopping for experiences and laundry. Communal kitchen was nice. And a tub! Can’t think of anything.

A very charming hotel with a beautiful garden with a llama and bunnies.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The whole place is so welcoming and the Rooms are so clean, and nice. Value is incredible. I absolutely Love The garden and the animals . There is always coffee, tea, and purified water available for guests . The kitchenette is a great touch. Location A+. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I am in Pisac. (This is my second year staying here ) The Bed mattresses and pillows could be a little softer. My bed was pretty creaky and stiff, but i appreciated the comfy blankets so was able to pad a little more by reconfiguring. I

We loved the gardens, palapa and lounging area in the center of the lodging area. They have Paco the Alpaca and two bunnies that are so sweet to watch and spend time with.

Picturesque courtyard with simple but comfortable rooms. The alpaga and rabbits in the garden add to the charm! The hospedaje is conveniently located at the entrance of the town, 5 minutes away from the main square.

I’ve took a big room on the 2d floor and it was a great choice - spacious and nice! The property has a beautiful garden and llama! We had windows facing the river and the bridge and it was quite noisy

Hotel with a beautiful centered garden, well maintained & has an Alpaca as pet roaming around. Cozy beds Large window Good breakfast The room smelled Staff is ok im not complaining but I was used to have great ones in Peru. Help to carry by bags to the taxi Unfortunately their machine was either defect or had some issues and didn't accept all cards.

Courtyard full of bunnies.

Friendly and accommodating service, location, extra thoughtful details, included breakfast, great price.. extra bonus getting to feed and interact with the property's bunnies Can't think of anything.. this was the best value option we found during our times coming to Pisac

Beautiful space with lovely garden and views of the mountains & river. The room was comfortable, 2 extra blankets in the wardrobe, the shower was hot. Great location, right across the road into town and next to the shuttle bus station. I really enjoyed my stay!

We made the reservation on the arrival day quite late (after noon). We reached the place at midnight and the staff was quite polite. The room was clean and comfortable, they had warm water and the blankets were enough for a cozy sleep even though there wasn't a heat system. The backyard is astonishing, there are rabbits all over the place, full of flowers and trees and the river of Urumbaba crossing literally next to the complex. The breakfast was impressive. Out of any expectation. The only "grey" thing is that the adapters did not fit properly in the sockets.

Great location and room. The shower was very hot, which was great and not something I’ve experienced much traveling around Peru. Right next to the colectivos and a nice walk into centro. I wish I received a bit more information about the area on check in.

Really loved it, especially their enchanted garden with lots of bunnies! And little outdoor gym! Came for the bath but fyi the bath is for a kid size (or a tiny folded adult ?) and the hot water ran out at some stage

The bunnies and the beautiful garden were highlights of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast (order a day before) was super yummy. Our shower leaked. Other than that great place to stay for a few nights.
