I paid for the room with mountain view but it was too close to the main road and they let me change it to a room in the other side. The room was clean. You are practically 5 minutes walk from everywhere in the center of Pisac. The room with the mountains view faced to the main road - not recommending it, it's very loud.

The host was nice, but for reason he confused me with housekeeping staff by asking me to bring down the blankets from my room to the laundry room on my last day. I didn’t have wifi for 3/4 days of my stay. When a storm knocked out electricity for a couple hours on the 3rd day of my stay, this means we didn’t have any running water. I asked if the hotel could provide a bottle of water for me in the meantime so that I could wash my hands and use the restroom. I thought this bottle was on the house. It wasn’t.

Beautiful family run hostel! Amazing breakfast provided… Hotel location is quite close to the collectivo stop so it does get a lil noisy! But the views are terrific… We loved our stay as Delfin helped us with almost everything. From bike to some local recommendations.. Water is always hot and great pressure… Lil noisy during the night! But we have our reasons.. You can’t stay close to the plaza and not expect noise so that’s something which comes along with it’s pros and cons Cleaning is not done unless you have requested for one.

The location, downtown, close to the bridge for the collectivos and nice view Weirdly enough it was noisy (dogs barking a lot, cows, trucks…)

Charming host family who lives on the premisses. Clean comfortable room. Warm shower. Good breakfast. Located close to the town center and the trail head to the Inca ruins. Secure covered parking for our motorcycles. We had a room facing the road. It was noisy from early morning to late evening.

The location is perfect. It's within walking distance from the main square and just a minute's walk from where the bus from Cusco dropped us off. The bed was comfortable. The room was basic, but clean. The breakfast was also basic, but for the price it was alright. The owners also offer to drive you (for some money) to the ruins of Pisac. Overall it's a good option for the price. The first room we were offered had a bathroom that strongly smelled of mold. We could change rooms and in our second room the bathroom was fine. Unfortunately we then had a room facing the street which is a bit loud, because it is the main road leading from Cusco to Urubamba. But because it was facing the afternoon sun, it was nice and warm at night.

Very good value of money. Water from shower could be hotter.

The owners are very very nice. The room was a bit small and cold.

It was the most comfortable bed and bedsheets I have got in Peru. The place is good located. Good wifi, hot water. All the things that aren’t obligatory in Peru. The personal super helpful and they took care of me for one week when I got sick perfectly. Great price also. Thank you very much
