Location was the only thing that was ok

Cigarettes smell is all over, hallway, room. The refrigerator, a/c is loud.
-
Air in lobby and hallways, even inb

I would not call coffee and granola bars breakfast.

The rooms was dirty. The sheets were stained and the floors were sticky. The pictures online are much nicer than reality.

I enjoyed my stay here. The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely professional and kind. I am grateful for them both. I wish I knew their names, otherwise I would've given them both a shout out. But nonetheless keep up the great work guys. I look forward to coming back under the best of circumstances

Staff was friendly and pleasant This appears to be a place that Welfare may put guest when they need a place to stay. The kitchen area had nothing to use( you have to request from front desk) not that we needed it but that would have been annoying. The kitchen area had lots of water damage around sink but I guess overall was an ok basic room. Oh but no conditioner or soap was there again I'm guess because welfare may send people there. Its apparent its not the best area or building as the police have there own parking place by the front door and the phone near the front door is for calling 911. Also in the back parking lot there was a car that I guess someone has been working on for a long period of time with no tires on it, they are thrown behind it and some shady people hanging around dumpsters late at night. We would not stay here again thats for sure

Felicia made me feel like home. Her smile and warm embrace was more than enough for me, but she also contributes to peace and happiness simply thru her being attentive and caring. She'll also hold a conversation with you if you're willing to speak with her. Extremely friendly professional. Perhaps that style of professionalism will rub off on the rest of the staff. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

The stay overall wasn't bad. Most guest smoked so even tho it's a no smoking hotel outside and even inside at times smelled. The trash room was always full and never taken care of daily. Towels were thrown near the elevator on the ground for the house keeper. It was just unpleasant to pass by that area. And the trash room oder was unbearable when you wanted to throw your trash out. The door barely opened from the amount of trash there was. The staff was never really seen on front and "breakfast" were just granola bars and instant oatmeal.

The only positive was that it was pet friendly

Exceptional
-
The room condition was disappointing, especially the bathroom, where there appeared to be mold and mildew in multiple areas. Several pieces of furniture also showed visible wear, including peeling surfaces and signs of water damage. Due to the condition of the room, I chose not to stay overnight. Communication regarding checkout and the refund process was difficult because I was unable to consistently reach staff at the front desk. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Exceptional

Breakfast was very light, coffee and packaged cereal bars. The location was perfect for an event at the Rutgers Piscataway campus. The room was very clean and had the essentials, but some of the trim was peeling off the furniture.
-
i wasn’t afraid of dying the room smelled like cat pee, pretty bad stains on the pullout bed and the bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn’t shut

The bathroom was falling apart old..rooms old

Passable
-
It was clean, but the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen were falling apart. You could not watch tv in bed at all cause the tv was against a wall and couldn’t turn, so you had to go all the way out of bed to watch. No outlets by bed, only in kitchen.
