Arriving to my room, the refrigerator was broken as well as the air conditioning. The beds were hard, room small. When the doors of other rooms shut, our door shook and made a loud rattling sound. They moved us to another room…. Shower didn’t work….. but better room. Will never stay again at a holiday inn

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel delivered an excellent experience from start to finish, beginning with a clean room that was spotless upon arrival, well-maintained throughout my stay, and made comfortable with fresh linens and a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. The staff were outstanding, friendly, professional, and always attentive without being overbearing, making every interaction smooth and welcoming. The pool area was equally impressive, clean and beautifully maintained with a relaxing ambiance and plenty of space to unwind. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared options that were consistently replenished and presented at a high standard. Overall, this was a truly luxurious stay that exceeded expectations in comfort, service, and amenities, and I would gladly return and recommend it.

The checkin was easy. Room was clean. Free breakfast was available but we didnt have breakfast.

Location was great and surrounding was superb. The adjacent restaurant is an added advantage for the people staying there. Some equipment in the Gym were not working. A flyer in the room about the amenities in the hotel would be helpful. I realized about a swimming pool only after 3-4 days. My bad...

I thought the room size and the pressure and heat of the water in the shower was good. There is a manager that is weird. He was very unwelcoming to my partner and me. We almost decided to cancel our booking. Also the plugs on the laps in the room did not work. We had to unplug the lamp from the wall to plug in our cellphone and laptop chargers.

The hotel curtains and the cleaning staff are the worse

Room was old and carpet had stains. Very old bathroom sink and shower/tub. Bathroom cleanliness poor. Shower curtain looked old and ragged. Room smelled musty. Only plus bed sheets /towels seem to be clean. Hallway and Elevator smelled disgusting. Would not recommend at all.
