Beach view? There was no beach view. Since it was just a place to spend the night, the vacant lot, other buildings and street view didn't bother me.

The host was extremely nice and caring. Made the experience for my son amazing. Location view is absolutely beautiful

This was such a perfect spot and a beautifully updated little 7 room hotel. It was a block from the pier with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed for 2 nights and the price was so affordable for such a great spot! Ray, the manager, was super nice to talk to and let us know more than once that if there was anything we needed to just call him. We would definitely stay again!

Only drawback is beds are full size and weren’t to comfortable but it would not stop us from staying again. Parking spaces are tight for larger vehicles but if your car fits you’ll be grateful for the space. Great experience though!

Very cute property by the beach. Location was great, room was comfortable. This is the perfect, no fuss beach stay.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Pismo beach and all of the restaurants/cafes. The rooms were clean. The amenities were great too with a kitchenette, microwave, keurig. We were also able to check-in early! Thank you to the staff there. It was quiet at night too. I can't think of anything.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel was. The manager was great and the place was clean! They even had GOOD coffee and plenty of it. Will stay again!!!!

Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend with no hesitation.

My only complaint is the parking garage being so compact to go in and out of. Not a huge problem, was still do-able.

The staff here are very nice and super friendly. My husband and I stayed here with our toddler for Father’s Day weekend and the room had everything we needed! About a 5 minute walking distance from the beach. Will most definitely stay here again in the future, and I highly recommend! My only complaint is the parking garage being so compact to go in and out of. Not a huge problem, was still do-able.
