Excellent location. Don’t have to move your car entire vacation if your just chilling on beach and walking the pier. Only downside is no A/C in rooms. But Pismo has rarely hot days so we just bought a fan. Didn’t feel it was something to affect the stars I gave. Will be top 2 places I check on next vacation to the beach. Front staff was super nice.

Room was very out of date and tile was dirty. No fresh towels and or service on a stay over. Upon checking out staff was rude and appeared to be unhappy in their position. Definitely overpriced for the conditions of the room

Very close to everything in Pismo and the pier. I would stay there again for sure.

We will definitely stay here again based on the location and ease of bringing our dog. The room was dark for sleeping, and the beds were very comfortable and supportive. Room was simple, but had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and businesses around town. Staff was friendly and kept the area very clean. It was so quiet, I thought we were the only guests. However, the parking lot was full. Just nice and quiet.

It was close to the beach, great location. Had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean. The bed didnt feel clean. Felt like there was sand in the bed.

Location is perfect! Absolutely nothing

The room was clean. It had a microwave and fridge which worked great. Excellent location! I normally stay there when I'm in the Pismo area. Staff are very friendly and helpful!!

No ac. Paper thin walls you can hear everyone. They don’t monitor their lot so parking is an issue. Room was clean but very outdated. Towels old. Sheets rough. Bed terrible and sunken in. Not worth 250 a night during summer months

The staff was excellent & the room was clean. However it’s the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—it was so worn out it was sloped on each side. And as other reviews note, the parking lot is tight. Book this place for proximity to the beach & walking around but that’s about it.

Super close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The family suite we had was great! The beds were a little uncomfortable but everything else was fine.

Loved that it was 100 yards from the restaurants, coffee shops, the pier, and loved that it was 50 yards from the sand, the ocean, the sunset, and all that is California! no AC and it was hot even with the windows open. Luckily, they had spare box fans.

Great location, close to everything- beach, shops, restaurants, etc... I highly recommend this hotel.
