Beach House Inn & Suites

Love this place to my family and I it's a home away from home. Will continue to come back as much as I can.

The rooms were HUGE! And the furnishings felt like home. The bed was super comfortable.

The view had a great view of the ocean and beach. The room was spacious. The decor was nice. The location to the pier and activities was very close and quick pleasant walk from our room. Other than that, it was an overall okay trip. What I didn't like was the toilet was for a small child. Very close to the ground. The internet was very bad. T.V. kept losing signal and we had to get up and unplug the T.V. to reset it. The curtains were badly equipped. The screen door did not work. The maid service was horrible.

This hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are kept up. We stayed in the suite with the room overlooking the ocean. However, we wish the main bedroom was facing the ocean rather than the hall. The pullout sofa was definitely too small for our two older kids. But, overall the location was great and the staff was very helpful. I even left my laptop charger in the room, and they were able to ship it to me for just the shipping fee.

We loved the rooms (they were like apartments) - Full size appliances, dishes, coffee maker, separate living room - very comfortable and cheerful beach decorations. The private balcony was awesome. We sat on the balcony and watched the sunset which we loved. This property is right by the entrance to the beach so we walked to the beach. There was a parking garage under the property which was great because this hotel is in the middle of an extremely busy area. There was no ice machine which is really the only thing we can complain about. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the Aloha Mahalo room on 3rd floor which has a great ocean view and private balcony with comfortable patio furniture. The hotel was quiet, had private parking and was close to the beach, pier, dining and shops. Staff was polite and friendly. The king size bed was very comfortable, the room has a nice gas fireplace plus a convenient kitchenette with large refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. The room exceeded our expectations and made our Pismo stay memorable. Note: Bathroom has limited counterspace

Location near to main area of town and beach with view of the water. Hot and stuffy. No air conditioning and very loud if window is open due to near restaurants bars etc

The view. The property was dirty and dated. The unit we stayed in was also dirty! The carpet and furniture were dirty. The blinds were broken. The sliding glass door didn’t lock. Very disappointed with the unit and even more disappointed that Booking.com listed old pictures of the unit! I rely on Booking.com to post recent pictures of the properties that are presented. I am seriously contemplating not using Booking.com for future vacations.

One of favorite places to stay! So convenient to the beach and downtown, and the staff is always so friendly. Most rooms have kitchenettes, too, which is nice to have. We can’t wait to stay again!

Exceptional

Jennifer was great! Very prompt and responsive in any requests we had The pack-and-play had sand all over it when we arrived, and Jennifer had to come help clean it. We also booked an ocean view room, but the view was partial at best from the side of the patio. The kitchen could have been stocked better - there were only 2 plates and some glasses / mugs. Would have been nice to have a few more bowls, etc.

Such a nice spot for a quick staycation! You can’t beat the proximity to everything.

Love the location. Everything was within walking distance. Only thing was there was no one in office at night.

My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay! Perfect location for everything so they didn’t have to drive anywhere. Definitely would come back.

Lovely property set on the beach near the pier and restaurants and grocery store. Alot of attention to the interior design and a good balcony with, unlike alot of California,parking in the price. Wish we had stayed longer
