The room wasn’t room at check in time, had to wait almost 2 hours to check in. The room smelt like cigarette smoke, the room a/c didn’t work well, the room was poorly cleaned.

They were kind and friendly

We had a pleasant stay and the staff were always helpful and kind.

The guy at front counter was helpful but it was a great disappointment at that hotel the photos of the room and place was a big disappointment when I got there cause it was nothing like it showed and it was like a third world country hotel I expected something nicer than what it was I will never stay there again yes it was clean but what I expected from the photos to what I got was like night and day difference so it was very disappointing and made me and my family feel like we were in a poor class place when we thought it was going to be in higher class .next time I'm going to choose somewhere else .I even asked for a ground floor room because I have a very handicap sister who can't do stairs but they kept saying the things I paid for like refrigerator and microwave was not going to be provided that if I wanted a refrigerator I'd have to be upstairs because the rooms that had them was already taken yet I was paying for that because that's what the picture showed before I even arrived only to not be it wasn't like I showed up on the spare of the moment they had a week's time to get prepared yet they could not give me what I needed on the ground floor so no I'm not going there ever again

Decent place. Very basic. No AC. Fine for one night.

I stayed here for 1 night and left wishing I had chose anywhere else. The room looked okay in photos but in person it was tired and neglected, room reeked of cigarettes even though we booked a non smoking room. Bathroom that had a strong odor of mold and the vent fan was obnoxiously loud. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. Sketchy people coming in and out of the parking lot. I should’ve known better when I booked for the price but I’m glad I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

It was okay for the price

The bed was very uncomfortable. We had a handicap room. My husband and I stayed in the room. Two towels, one wash cloth is all we had. Also no floor mat. Light on one side didn't work. No coffee, No shampoo either. Very basic room. No refrigater, no closet. On a upside it was quiet.

The room was smaller than others on our trip and didn’t come with as much as you see in other similar properties

New shower needed, it was very old and mismatched, rust around the shower head and drain Mirror decor was missing Curtains holders were missing so portion of curtain was sagging down Did not match what I was presented on the website Good coffee offered inside the front desk area, but no flavored creamers were offered, what is that about? Room looked run down. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bathroom door was like swollen because it wouldn’t close properly. Noticed stains on the floor near the bed. No shower mat. It was my husband and I. Only 1 wash cloth. No iron.
